That's fair enough. But they'd have to show the judge why they had a reasonable suspicion of foul play. It seems they failed in that. Surely there has to be some threshold of evidence to delay a certification or else literally any candidate could request it.

Judge didn't want to look at it and they present sworn statements he would not look at. They were asking for a stay so that investigations could be conducted and the witnesses further vetted and any evidence gathered. But that is the fraud and irregularities side and what needs a bipartisan investigation. The constitutional issues need to go back to the SCOTUS to get a clear ruling, in spite of the fact we have Bush v Gore already, to instruct all these judges and governors and secstates and local officials only the state legislature can make and change the rules of the elections so butt out.

The attorney's testified to it in the hearings. McConnell is trying to get the joint committed set up in the budget deal, let's see if the Dems want to actually be transparent and take a hard look at what did happen so we can avoid it in the future.

IF the case had any actual "Merit", it would have been re-filed under the name of a Plaintiff that had the requisite "standing".

And, since no "Alternate Plaintiff" could be found (who possessed the requisite "standing") it is CLEAR that the "filing" was WITHOUT MERIT.

 

If the Democrats have their way in their attempts to cover up just how bad this election was handled by a variety of actors you may be correct. The question is why do they no want to protect the integrity of our elections?
