hear of it.He helped get it voted down.
In mid Feburary Three Justices { Alito,Thomas and Gorsuch } wrote a
dissent over Justice Roberts denial of review.A 6-3 decision.
That was the 2nd time that Roberts pulled that hat trick.
He did last fall also.In mid October with a deadlock vote { there were
8 justices at the time } which resulted in Denying the Republican Party
of Pennsylvania's request to appeal a decision by the States Top court
{ State Supreme Court with a Majority of Democrats } on whether to disqualify
mailed ballots that arrived AFTER Election day.
