b. Average number of days covid patients were hospitalized; 14 days.............Pandemic average

c. Texas Case Fatality Rate since the pandemic began, thus, Total Deaths DIVIDED by Total Cases

Work Sheet;

Calculate Texas Case Fatality Rate, last 4 weeks.........

Total number of covid coded deaths from 14 July to 28 July (51,949 - 51,549) = 400 deaths

DIVIDED by

Total number of daily cases from 30 June to July 14 (3,014,430 - 2,988,457) = 25,833 cases

Texas Case Fatality Rate, last 4 weeks; 400 deaths DIVIDED by 25,833 cases = 1.54%

Texas Case Fatality Rate since the pandemic began; 51,949 deaths DIVIDED by 3,088,316 cases = 1.68%

A differential of 0.14%, meaning the reported number of new daily cases were accurate.

Note: 25,833 cases X a differential of 0.14% = 36 wrong results out of 25,833 tests.

Also, RATIONALLY, ''due to faulty/useless PCR tests'' blah blah blah, if we were to reduce the number of positive cases by 10%, thus, 25,833 - 10% = 23,249 positive cases, it would increase the Case Fatality Rate, thus, 400 deaths DIVIDED by 23,249 cases = 1.72% versus a pandemic average of 1.68%. In addition, according to the Republicans, Delta's Case Fatality Rate is significantly lower than Alpha's CFR.

Conclusion; Is my quick method of determining Texas PCR test accuracy, accurate enough for you? If not, then I'll show you the most accurate method, thus, to the nearest 0.05%.

Your insult aside, your logic is bad. It doesn't show PCR test accuracy AT ALL. You're assuming the tests are accurate to get the numbers on which you base your calculations.
