    McAuliffe Doubles Down

The Washington Post agrees: Holy hell:’ WaPo lets education experts explain why parents don’t ‘have the right to shape their kids’ curriculum.’

I don't know what they are teaching kids in grade school, middle school, and high school, but it most assuredly is not CRT. CRT is a legal theory taught in Law Schools, almost exclusively. It is complex and nuanced, of interest mainly to attorneys specializing in civil rights litigation.

Well it's the concepts that are being outlawed, not the label. And where they have outlawed telling children that they are guilty of various evils by virtue of immutable characteristics, which of course these children are completely innocent of, the Edu-thugs are sure fighting tooth and nail to get the law overturned. It's not clear on what basis they think they are entitled to countermand the Parents and the elected State Legislatures, but, we'll know once they make their court filings.

Nope. Only teaching that affirmative action and reparations "SHOULD" be implemented is prohibited. Teaching both the arguments for and against affirmative action and reparations would not be prohibited.

And then there is the real world.

In 1995, pedagogical theorists Gloria Ladson-Billings and William F. Tate[further explanation needed] began applying the critical race theory framework in the field of education, moving it beyond the field of legal scholarship. Critical race theory - Wikipedia

The hateful vile divisive filth being poured into our society by a small group of dedicated fanatics into our education system is nothing short of stunning. This is where the line needs to drawn and legitimate control by We The People reasserted over education system.

HOSTILE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT ON ACCOUNT OF RACE: Middlebury hires counseling director who claims ‘whiteness’ is the cause of ‘psychic suffering.’

Who is dumb enough to hire a deranged hater like this?
What we think of as "conservative" in many cases isn't at all. The infiltration by these hateful divisive ideologies is deep.
And they won't. They do not like being challenged to support their claims in evidence.

No, just proving you wrong. 10s of 1000s of school teachers are pushing CRT. I only need TWO of them to refute your claim.

No, I haven't. CRT in education has about the same relationship to CRT in law as a chicken's beak has to a platypus and most likely should not share the name.

The Equity Collaborative, hired by Loudoun County Schools
Intro To Critical Race Theory (theequitycollaborative.com)

They teach CRT in our schools. From the teachers union.

    2. Supporting and leading campaigns that:
    • Result in increasing the implementation of culturally responsive education, critical race theory, and ethnic (Native people, Asian, Black, Latin(o/a/x), Middle Eastern, North African, and Pacific Islander) Studies curriculum in pre- K-12 and higher education;......
    C. Publicly (through existing media) convey its support for the accurate and honest teaching of social studies topics, including truthful and age-appropriate accountings of unpleasant aspects of American history, such as slavery, and the oppression and discrimination of Indigenous, Black, Brown, and other peoples of color, as well as the continued impact this history has on our current society. The Association will further convey that in teaching these topics, it is reasonable and appropriate for curriculum to be informed by academic frameworks for understanding and interpreting the impact of the past on current society, including critical race theory.

    E. Conduct a virtual listening tour that will educate members on the tools and resources needed to defend honesty in education including but not limited to tools like CRT.

    F. Commit President Becky Pringle to make public statements across all lines of media that support racial honesty in education including but not limited to critical race theory.

"Join with Black Lives Matter at School and the Zinn Education Project to call for a rally this year on October 14—George Floyd’s birthday—as a national day of action to teach lessons about structural racism and oppression—even in places where it is illegal and requires civil disobedience."

This doesn't mean a version of "critical race theory" is presented to students.

    Dirtbag Garland is a Liar.

FAIRFAX, VA MOM SAYS FEDS CAME TO LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING

"When" Dirtbag "Garland testified before the House Judiciary Committee last week, he told Rep. Jim Jordan that FBI agents will not be attending school board meetings. However, a mother in Fairfax, Virginia saw the feds did show up at a school board meeting last Thursday, the same day" Dirtbag "Garland made his statement to Jordan."

Had you even the barest passing knowledge of CRT you would know how dumbass the whole idea of CRT in education is. I don't know what they are teaching over there, but it is not CRT. Dung, no matter how it is labeled, still stinks!

?? Of course its CRT. And I am quite knowledgeable about CRT. Was in Law school 89-90 and witnessed the evolution of Critical Legal Theory into Critical Race Theory. Attended lectures by Derrick Bell and Mari Matsuda.

OK, so, how can you say that cherry-picked, bastardized elements taken from CRT is its equivalent? Because as near as I can tell that is (CRT?) in education.

Why don't you learn what's really going on in schools before running off at the keyboard?

Well, that would be Kendi, Diangelo, Crenshaw, Delgado etc who bastardized it.
