Well, this story grabbed my attention. It certainly will be interesting to see who she names and how none of those names leaked out.

Any guessing who she names and how long Maxwell’s life expectancy is?

 

Let me get in front of this right now, Maxwell did not kill herself.

Other alleged victims have named others in the past. It isn't like this story started yesterday.

 

why doesn't she just release them already, why is she protecting these rich pedophiles?

 

Her attorney is quoted as saying that 2 of the eight John Does have no problem with having their names made public. That little factoid really makes me curious, do they not care about the allegations, or do they think they can prove their innocence?

Who named who and why haven't they been charged with a crime or sued? And I don't mean pilots who saw someone on a plane. What other person has been alleged to have committed sexual crimes against minors?

 

Are the eight supposed to be men who had sex with under aged girls or just men who had sex with adult women Maxwell may have set up?

 

I was under the impression that they were men who had sex with the under aged girls.

Lawyers for Virginia Giuffre, who have accused Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein of sex trafficking, have asked a judge to unseal material from an earlier civil lawsuit she filed against Maxwell.

The lawsuit was settled in 2017, but Giuffre has fought for years to have material from it unsealed. The "John Does" all appear to be people who have stepped into the litigation over the years and asserted privacy rights for parts of the sealed material.


In a letter Wednesday to Loretta Preska, the judge overseeing the case, Maxwell's attorney Laura Menninger said Wednesday that her client will leave it to the court to decide whether the names should be unsealed.

"Each of the listed Does has counsel who have ably asserted their own respective privacy rights," the letter, submitted by Menninger, said."

I don't know you can claim a right to privacy when it comes to having sex with under age minors. And this is not Maxwell is going to talk or anything, she is just not fighting the release of names asserted in a previous lawsuit that was dropped.

If the sex was legal, between consenting adults, should the names be released?

I guess if she can't save her skin, at least it is good that she will add some entertainment for the public.

 

You may well be right about that. I guess it depends on how they stepped into the legislation.

 

Actually is the the woman, Virginia Giuffre, suing her who wants to disclose the names Maxwell seems to be not wanting to fight that anymore, the lawsuit is settled.

Have to wait and see how this develops. What if they are just men who had legal consensual sex with women at some Epstein home, should their names be exposed to the public?

 

I don't care. Men who got involved with Epstein and his women deserve whatever they get consensual or not. Being outed and being convicted of a crime are not the same thing as you know. Epstein and Maxwell are the bad guys in this story. Looks like both will end up appropriate consequences.
