The article linked to the OP, gives a link to a press conference. That's where it's said that plain clothed people parked with masks came from an unarmed car that boxed in the victim. So there is this, while you got nothing.

 

You're lying again. it states an unmarked car with plainclothes officers AND a marked unit with uniformed officers made the call. please stop lying, it's obvious you're doing it for virtue signaling and being dishonest is not a virtue.

 

More of your fake claims exposed. There was a marked police car and an unmarked car and uniformed officers.

 

No such thing as needing to suspect a crime to ask for your DL in a motor vehicle stop.

A suspicious person in a car isn’t reasonable suspicion of a crime. Anyone can call anything they want suspicious.

 

Happened to my buddy. Dui charges all got dropped. drunk in public is a crime so that’s a bad comparison
