It's obvious you were never part of the Joint Task Force of ATF, FBI and Virginia law enforcement agencies trying to stem the flow of guns smuggled into the US along the coasts.

There were 18 murders in Chicago in 24 hours but that doesn't bother you, perhaps racism is at play here, because if White people die it's bad, but if Black people die it's okay.

I am also finding that many of the “mass shootings” that have occurred since the NFA were not public shootings. They didn’t happen at schools or churches but were private shootings that happened at home.

 

There is far too much violent crime in national with strict gun control to justify disarming the public.
And the kind of governments disarm their own people are notorious for undercounting crime.
