Or live in New York or The west coast or Chicago and still get one as before. They aren’t mad that they can’t get them. They are angry that they can’t impose them on everyone else or all of the states.
It's a well established fact that conservatives interpret one way, liberals another. Your assumption is that there is only one way interpret the constitution (in those areas which are subject to more than one interpretation, such as the second amendment). History proves that isn't true.

I think abortion should be legal, but also up to the states. Good decision by SCOTUS, Roe v Wade didn't even make an attempt to argue based on the constitution.
My daughter wouldn't be having a back alley abortion, to begin with. If your daughter would, then you got bigger problems than RvW being overturned.
So... since we threw in "viable", then going by your definition somebody alive but only by life-support should be free to kill out of convenience?
