I know maga wants the country to fail and prays for tragedy.
    What a shame, eh?
It must gall them that trump is shooting their midterm hopes in the head so they must double down on the chicken little routines.

That is the stupiest arguement ever.

Let me jack up gas prices 150%, then lower them 50% and claim I gave you a "raise". Only a moron (or Biden) would fall for that idiocy.

Trump inherited a crappy economy and managed it well. Biden inherited a good economy and drove it into the ground. Facts don't lie.....

Hahaha! Biden and the dems have crashed the economy. Anyone who buys groceries, gas and other goods knows this. You should get out more often.

Our strategic oil reserves ended up on the global market, which is where most US oil ends up. What's your point again?

They are preparing for a recession, but I doubt you understand why. Republicans just want to see the president fail, which was the point of my post. If there's inflation it's Biden's fault; if there's a recession, it's Biden's fault, because reasons.

"Gas prices are $5/gallon" (Biden did that, har har).

"Gas prices are now $3/gallon" (UM, BIDEN DIDN'T DO THAT, CONSUMERS DID!!!!)

    Whatever.

He just put 60b yes b into diversity in that inflation act. Because diversity has so much to do with ****ing inflation.

Let's not pretend that their spending isn't out of control.

I give Biden full blame because until Sept his party is in charge of everything. And if I can't blame him or his party then what ****ing good are they then?

The DNC mentality is always amusing, same thing as cut your pay by $300 a weel and then give you a $200 raise and they dance in the street a hundred dollars poorer.. And to think there are actually folks like this this far ahead in mans evolution :roflol:

I found it to be educational! My takeaway was, to much Viagra may make people "as mildly as I can" less intelligent ;)

I think you miss the point! Erectile disfunction and the price of Viagra dropping down to $1 seem to be the big news of this thread

Like conservatives care about budgets. They sure as hell didn't care when Trump was racking up record deficits despite being handed over 8 years of sustained economic growth.

    facts don't lie

Trump was on the verge of a recession in 2019... BEFORE COVID

the fed doesn't do this during a great economy... that the economy was great pre-covid is one of the biggest lies the Republicans ever told.

Indeed, it would be a great place to start. The price of oil plunged in 2020, which prompted oil & gas companies to stop digging - they were worried about where to put the oil they had for a while. And then people wanted to start going out and consuming petrol again - and then Ukraine/Russia.

The idea that Biden shut down the oil & gas industry is nonsense. They were already shut down in 2020, and when he saw the supply shocks coming he immediately began expanding leases, which weren't even explored in many cases. He then released from the SPR. And, guess what - prices have gone down since, despite a major war in Ukraine and despite OPEC not really going out of their way to increase production.
