It's transmitted by essentially any contact, especially with moist pustules. PS... I've been to hundreds (thousands?) of sex parties, all of which included girl on girl action and some of which included boy on boy action, and to date haven't even caught a cold. Nor do I know anyone who has. The worst result I'm aware of is someone I know getting a DUI trying to drive back to their hotel, when they should've ubered instead.
