    Find people that testify that he did not support the insurrection? it can't be done because there are none that can supply evidence to the contrary.. How can anyone actually PROVE that he DID NOT support the insurrection. Most of the facts that were shown where HIS OWN WORDS!!!

    Marked classified instead of classified? There are no doubts they were MARKED CLASSIFIED and that he kept them and LIED about it. You have nothing here to defend Trump with.

    Show investigation reports that show that it was not stolen? The law states that proof of any claim is the onus of the claimant and the claimant (Trump) has not been able to supply any.

    Grasping for straws, eh? Trump is right and everyone else is wrong. It is a conspiracy against the man by everyone in the U.S.

    Of course people that don't care about someone being a thief would not care. Most people do want to know who is the person that has power over them. Is he a scammer that will scam me, or an honorable person I can depend on that has my best interests in mind.............not his own best interests.

    I don't see how someone keeping their tax returns confidential is exerting "power" over me in any way, shape or form. It doesn't effect me in any way.... so I don't care.

    Your thread title would lead one to believe Trump is being charged with rape.

    What Rape Charges? This is a defamation suit is it not? Unless I am missing something.

    Yes.... "marked" classified means everything in this case.... but it will go right over your head as you have not done your homework on the subject...

    The FACT Trump declassified the document before leaving office can not be disputed and is documented...it is not something your fake CNN will never cover...

    like all the 100 witch-hunts trump is facing and has faced (taxes, his company, the bogus stormy daniels stuff, jan 6, russia collusion, classified docs etc..) there is no substance behind any of it, just a desparate attempt to stop him from running again. Remember russia collusion everyone? Now proven to have been utter BS and badly handled by doj, fbi.

    so these women will need to actually come up with evidence. If it’s she says vs he says, will go nowhere. Then, as far as defamation.. LOL so she’s defamed cause trump denied it? Imagine how many defamation suits trump can pursue given he is defamed daily…

    you all keep praying for someone to take trump down..

    court of public opinion is all that is needed...no messy trials, cross examination to get in the way of your objective,,,, it is the Democrats MO... it is why we have a select committee putting on a show on TV...it is why we had a star chamber impeachment with only Schiff running to the media to give out selective info .... it is why we had a show trial with Kavanah... Jim Jordan.... etc....

    That poster referred to Jan 6 as an "insurrection"... LOL. As if an unarmed, disorganized group of protesters taking over ONE BUILDING could overthrow the entire United States government. What a hoot. The bias and swallowed propaganda runs deep in some folks.

    Evidently you have not been following my posts that include data and fact. I have PROVEN that most of what has happened to Trump has not been a witch hunts but actions that clearly suggest that Trump was guilty of it. If you want to play the debate game with the, I am all for it. Nonetheless, there is one rule. Whoever proves his debate point, the other has to acknowledge that they were wrong. Are you game for that and under those rules? If you are, come on. I am ready.

    Who testified that Trump did not support the insurrection and what proof did they supply. Names and proof please.

    Classified is classified any way you put it. He had classified documents in his possession that he had not right to have. He also lied. No doubts here. No proof given that he declassified the documents. He lied about having them.

    Simple. No proof to the contrary has been supplied. You don't have a defense.
