There is a difference between being in NATO, or the old Warsaw Pact, and having nuclear missiles aimed at either the Soviet Union/Russia, or the United States, so close to the other country's border, as Cuba is to Florida. As part of that crisis, I believe we agreed to not put missiles in Turkey (or to pull them out). At present, NATO has zero nuclear missiles, but uses jet planes, carrying nuclear bombs. And there are only 100 of them, in all Europe. And none are right on Russia's doorstep. And no one has suggested putting any nukes, into Ukraine. In point of fact, Ukraine had given up its nuclear weapons, did not want them, provided its national sovereignty was guaranteed, against Russian invasion. So your trying to make Ukraine an analog to Cuba, during the missile crisis, fails on several fronts.

 

No doubt there will be no shortage of fake videos of Abrams and Leopards allegedly blown up in Ukraine for Bill and co. to post here.
