“Non-violent”? Obviously you never saw any of the actual footage of the attack. The law finally did its job in this case and the right is outraged over it.

Not to mention to the 140+ injured officers reported by the DC police.. but it was totally non-violent.

Yes, I saw the footage of the officer of the state shoot and kill an unarmed woman, and I saw your authoritarian-loving ilk praising him as a hero for it afterwards.

This is exactly why I say your a supporter of totalitarianism. You believe it's the state's job to violently eliminate public dissent.

As far as Enrique Tarrio goes, he wasn't even there that day, so what "attack" are you referring to that would involve him as a direct participant?

Al Capone wasn't there for the Saint Valentine's Day Massacre,Hideki Tojo wasn't there on Pearl Harbor and Osama Bin Laden wasn't there on 9/11.. but that doesn't mean they bear no responsibility for their leadership role in organizing those attacks. As for Jan 6th, it's nowhere near the same offense, nor is it anywhere near being a capital offense for that matter. However, it was still undoubtedly a violent offense.. and one which resulted in over 140 injured officers, which included broken bones, brain injuries, and maiming. The people who played a leading role in organizing that assault should be held accountable as violent offenders. It is illogical to say they should not be held accountable as violent offenders because they were not there. It is not totalitarianism to hold them accountable, it is a very basic principle of justice.

Why couldn't his lawyers prove his innocence?

It appears you don't understand the trial.
Several of his organization members have been found guilty.
    He was the leader.

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

I bet many former law and order rightists said that a lot.

What did the unarmed woman do?

Oh yeah, she was breaking and entering the USA Capitol during the election verification process trying to overrun the security force.

He’s the leader of a gang that stormed the Capitol. What he ordered or didn’t is irrelevant. Proud Boys and every other RW group that was present on Capitol grounds that day should be listed as domestic terrorists, banned, and leaders ALL arrested and jailed, along with any members that can be identified as present that day.
