    answer me this-honestly please

    1) is his freedom a clear and present danger to other US Citizens
    2) is he likely to reoffend
    3) what was the possibility of his Plot actually being successful
    4) why didn't ANY of the "seditionists" have firearms

Is it your view that anyone who takes issue with the extremely harsh sentencing must be "MAGA".

Just more proof that the Democrat Liberal is a nearly extinct creature.
In their place are vengeful Trump-deranged creatures.

(Another issue but notice how so few Democrats these days have spoken up for what has happened to Julian Assange. They've thrown him under the bus and want him to rot)

He is the leader of a far-right militia that wants to overthrow the government.

Where have the great principles of law and order of MAGA gone?

You've sunk to such a low point that you want traitors to enjoy their freedom.

5 or 6 years would have been plenty for what this guy did. The Judge really seems to have bought into the prosecution's hysterical narrative.

If I had been the judge I would have only given him 1 year and 4 months, and even that I'd consider a little bit tough.

    I answered you honestly.

The leader of a far-right militia found guilty of conspiring to sedition must be thrown into prison as soon as possible.

It wasn’t just tactless and idiotic. It was an attempt to overthrow the government. To keep in power a man who had lost the election.

It was an attack on America.

if they weren't armed at the time, they weren't armed. And how was he a clear and present danger

I don't think there is any factual basis for your answers

LOL. We used to avoid political prosecution as a campaign tactic. Now we have a country politically applied laws.

This is a CRIMINAL prosecution. You know, laws were broken and due process and consequences ensued.

Totally not relevant to the point that he did something that's against the law and subsequently got convicted over it.

oh, so you don't actually have a reason why you "feel" this Trump appointed judge was doing this for political reasons, you just "feel" it was political

Of course I have a reason. Why do you continue to confuse opinions with facts? You are being argumentative.
