The Trump Organization’s chief legal officer, Alan Garten, explained to Forbes a month ago that 40 Wall Street has 63 floors of commercial space, but “when you add the space from 63 to the cupola, the building totals 72 floors of commercial space.

As for 40 Wall St, which is it ? Depending on which Trump document you look at it either has 63 floors or 71. I guess it depends on what the Orange Stain wanted , a loan or a tax break. Either way, the operating income for the building was falsified: from millions in profit to millions in losses.
