Not really. The price of housing ant the millions of people living in a small area of NYC disputes that.

Apparently a lot of money is to made there.

You just can't commit Fraud and not expect to get caught

White collar crime is still a crime

Especially when you do it on such a Large volume as Trump did

You have never once answered though.

Your refusal to answer — again — answers the question.

No fraud. No victims. No damages. Just the "show me the man and I will manufacture a crime" Stalinesque New York AG and judge.

Your question is improper because it contains an untrue assumption in this case.

Again cool story what's Maralago worth, we already established you couldn't say for sure the other day? Heck we even had lefties linking articles trashing trump yet had real estate specialist in Florida saying it's worth anywhere from 300 million to a billion. So what's your best shot at what he should've put on the application for the loan, that the banked also appraised and approved the loan. That Trump never missed a payment and paid off early, ensuring there was no victim? I'm so sick of everyone acting like somebody lied but can't answer the simple question, what is the truth about what it's actually worth? You can't answer it because everyone f'ing knows it's what someone would actually pay is what it's worth. The specialist say 300m to a billion, guess they would have been sued as well.

Good god this isn't a f'ing crime this isn't criminal, nor was Trump charged, nor was trump convicted of a crime. Unbelievable.

The jails would be full of people who defaulted on their loans if everyone who lied in a mortgage application was prosecuted.

I didn’t say anything about trump in my question.

It was just a question. That question was “should lying on a loan or mortgage application be legal”?

That you cannot answer shows such extreme agenda that it is blindingly apparent.

Everything you just stated is irrelevant to the fact that material figures were purposefully lied about to seek better rates and more money.

Why can none of you answer if something should be a crime or not?

Had he not lied and said the property in his opinion was 700 trillion dollars then no crime would have been committed but that’s not happened. How many different ways do I need to explain it to you people?

Yet another person that seems unable to answer

Have y’all picked up on the trend yet?

There are tons of people in prison for this but most are just hit with a fine.

Except he did — he lied about square footage, rent rolls, level of upgrades, tenants, and occupancy.

You might have convinced yourself but you just repeating he didndo nothing wrong doesn’t seem to be working on anyone else.

Should loan fraud be legal? Yea of no?

He did and it was proven in a court of law.

    He did not.

It’s true that pointing out the obvious politicization of the New York justice system doesn’t work on progressives or people who don’t respect the Constitution.

    Answer your own question.

What was shown in the court room of Arthur is a banana republic travesty.

He absolutely did. It was proven in court and testified by witnesses.

My answer is no — why is it so difficult for you to answer?

That was not a court which has disqualified itself according to the US Constitutional. It was a politically motivated abuse of the New York justice system. The witnesses proved no victims and no damages and no fraud. Letitia and I'm sure Arthur are now busy manufacturing other "crimes" using the same obscure law to drive business and jobs out of New York.

And when it’s upheld on appeal?

It should be overturned on appeal. If it is upheld that would show that the entire New York justice system is corrupt and truly is a banana republic system of "justice",
