YES and as Rittenhouse has said, he gave up on giving his speech and switched to the Q&A early because then the crowd would quiet down to hear the questions being asked. Seems like a pretty smart thing to do under the oppressive circumstance the left was presenting.

It was his security that came on stage to get him to finally leave as they had been urging because the crowds were getting so threatening they were afraid they would be trapped inside the building. He wasn't boo'd off the stage the booing had been going on from the very start. Go watch the video, note where it gets edited to cut out the fact he had been up there for over 30 minutes.

Calling him names doesn't negate the above poster's point. Rittenhouse had the right to self-defend with a weapon no matter what anyone personally thinks about his character.

Quite a few sidearms were developed specifically for the military before finding their way to the civilian market.

Did you know that plenty of people use their AR-15s to hunt and target shoot and for home defense and furthermore did you know that the AR-15 was never adopted as a weapon of war?

Medium to medium large game such as hogs and deer? It's a very common gun for hog hunting.

Typically chambered in the 223 round which is one of a very common chambering for lots of non scary looking typical deer hunting rifles

 

That seems a silly way to hunt. Remington 700 Varmint in .308 is, in my opinion, the only way to go.

 

That's a bit overkill for medium and medium small game. Shoot a Florida whitetail with that and you better make sure it's a head or a neck shot because you're going to ruin a hell of a lot of meat.

Just Google hunting with an AR-15 chambered in 223 and you will see that tons of people hunt with that weapon
