I find EPIC call for sacrifice and saying that this is perfect moment. I really feel pity for generations that come under their control:omg: as much as ignorant it looks the more dangerous for masses it is.

Serious discussion? This thread got away from serious discussion in there steps:

    1. "Victims are all Kurds, not Turks, so I feel sorry for them" (Despite they speak Turkish I gave my condolences to both Turks and Kurds)
    2. "Few Turks say bad words about victims in internet"
    3. "OMGOMGOMG! TURKEY DOES NOT SEND AID TO THE REGION!"

So do I. But there's nothing we can do about it. No matter how you debunk him hard, he will always disregard them all and keep believing what he wants to regard as "fact". In English we call it "bigotry" :)

That's really amazing. Are you sure the Turks rejected foreign assistance to help the quake victims?

Why would the Turks do such a stupid thing? The policy is counterproductive.

North Kurdistan "southeast Turkey" is and has been the poorest area in the region, many international journalists are in the area now, Kurds should raise their voice and make the world understand the oppression they are facing by the Turkish state!!
After all Kurds have nothing to lose!!

Turkey accepted the foreign aid, including from Israel. How many times have propaganda of the trolls ruined by now in this thread?

I condemn statement of that (*)(*)(*)(*)(*), but once again, this does not reflect general opinion of Turkish people, most said otherwise in TVs and even Nationalist Movement Party leader dissed people like this.

PNA-The Kurdistan Region Government on Tuesday donated $1 million to the Kurdish in VAN province in Kurdistan-Turkey for the victims of a deadly earthquake that hit Kurdistan-Turkey on Sunday.

News reports said a delegation from the Government of the Kurdistan Region led by President Barzani visited the Turkish Consulate in Erbil early on Tuesday and expressed solidarity with the quake victims in the eastern province of Van.

You know what I find really really funny about this comment? You talk about the oppression the Kurds are subject to in Turkey, while havin the flag of Israel.

    Do you get the hypocrisy?

I am saddened to see this thread into an ethnical war, although not surprised.

I just want to send my consolances to the people that died or lost families.

    'hypocrisy' in your eyes..
I will remove the Israeli flag when all these dictatorial barbarian Islamic/Arab states stop bombing and butchering Kurds and recognize Kurds as a legitimate distinct minority that has all national rights to have an independent state.

This has raised 2 questions in my mind.

1.What does Israel has to do with the Kurds?

2.If every minority has the right to have an independent state do you sustain the Palestinians as well?
