The zionists violate Lebanese air space daily.

What's wrong they dont like someone doing the same thing to them?

Maybe Egypt doing the same as Israeli pilot done a few weeks ago to show two can play that game.

Only Lebanese in letter its really Hezbollah's airspace isn't it?

So if a US pilot decided to do the same and invaded your airspace you'd be understanding right?

The American Obama administration, should be proud... they were ever so eager to ask Mubarak to step down.

...but yet say nothing of the murders being carried out by Syria's Assad.

Nope, it's Lebanese airspace and Israel has been violating it on an almost daily basis for many years already. I hope Lebanon will soon manage to upgrade their air defense systems with the latest state of the art technology so they can bring down those Israeli air force intruders.

It sounds to me like somebody was trying to cause an incident between Egypt and Israel. It says quite a bit that the Israelis didn't shoot down the helicopter; a good decision on their part. This incursion had to be with the blessing of at least one senior Egyptian military leader and that's a rather disturbing thought.

As for Lebanon, the Lebanese/Israeli border is a whole different place than the Israeli/Egyptian border and Abu Sina should be worrying about the state of the latter rather than that of the former.

If I was Egyptian I'd thank God/Allah now that this Mathias Rust-type idiot or whoever else was behind that stunt didn't cause more havoc. The Netanyahu crowd is said to be quite trigger-happy, you know. And war is probably the last thing Egypt needs right now.

What???? In letter Lebanese airspace is Lebanese, just as in letter US-airspace is US-airspace.

But I'm sure that with your logic you'd agree that it would be perfectly legitimate for any country that declares the Heritage Foundation a terror-organization and US-airspace to be in letter really Heritage Foundation airspace to invade that airspace and drop some bombs as they please.

IMHO countries should keep out of other countries airspace and send some diplomats instead. But of course that's only my humble opinion.

Is there a country between Lebanon and "Israel" called Hezbollah that I don't know about?

Maybe Lebanon should fire warning shots at "Israeli" aircraft flying through Lebanon airspace? I'm sure "Israel" would appreciate it. And maybe Palestine should fire warning shots at "Israeli" drones that constantly fly through their airspace. They also fly through Lebanon as well.

I'm sure "Israel" would have no problem with that, and would be thankful...

    Salam :)

To bad it wasn't shot down and when it is good luck getting it replaced because the U.S. won't be granting or selling you assbackwars Islamist state any more military equipment to kill Jews and Christians with.

Hezbollah has completely proven that as a falsehood when they took over the entirety of the state including the capital, it's Iranian and Syrian airspace only fools believe different.

What a coincidence I wipe my ass with the supposed scripture of the pedophile prophet Mohammad (may (*)(*)(*)(*) and (*)(*)(*)(*) be upon him) known as the Koran.

So when's the last time the Egyptian army shot Jews with weapons provided by the US?
Until recently the Egyptian army shot Christians and Muslims though in order to protect the Israeli border from African immigrants.
And it may well have been weapons provided by the US that the Israeli army recently shot Egyptian border-soldiers with.

But I certainly approve of a wish for strict limitations on weapons' sales - to anywhere. :-D

They weren't an Islamist state during their relation with the U.S., that has clearly changed.

No try last week they were slaughtering Christians in mass for daring to peaceably assemble.

So you can look into the future and tell us about the kind of state Egypt will become?

This may come as a shock to somebody who likes to hold on to simplistic views on this world: but the Egyptian army was also slaughtering Muslims who demonstrated alongside those Christians.

Don't have too, Egypt is presently and Islamist apartheid state just as predicted.

The only Muslims were the mobs attacking the Christians along with the military.

I'm not surprised islamophobic paranoids tell us so.

    Apparently you are wrong here:

Warning shot? Huh, they must have missed as that is the only kind of warning shot there is. No radio contact? It should have been shot down immediately.

    Why?

"Israel" would go nuts and bomb Gaza for weeks if they ever shot down one of the drones firing rockets on them (what sick irony...) so what gives "Israel" the right to do to Egypt. Especially after they killed Egyptian officers on the Egyptian side of the border not too long ago?

If something breaks our airspace I'd shoot it down, particularly in a hostile area.

So then you'd agree if Hamas where to shoot down one of the drones bombing Gaza, "Israel" shouldn't get angry and retaliate with more bombings? Or if a drone flew through Lebanon and Hezbollah shot it down, "Israel" should keep quite? Or let's say "Israel" is flying through Turkish airspace to strike Iran, and Turkey brings the plain down. Are those not acts of war?

    Salam :)

That idiot muzzie chopper pilot is bloody lucky that the IDF was generous enough not to blow him out of the sky. They probably didn't want to trash up Israeli by raining Russian junk down on it.

If an aircraft violates airspace that country has the right to shoot it down if it is not compliant.

Or they probably didn't want to (*)(*)(*)(*) off the Egyptians again because we all know what happened the last time they did that.

The same goes for US aircraft, right?

All helicopters believe in Islam? Submarines must be Buddhist.
