Personally I like Pat Robertson; he’s an Old-School Republican that wouldn’t last a microsecond in today’s Republican Party. He’s out-front and open to what he believes in, and doesn’t pander to idiots and there’s nothing wrong with that.

I’m also sure Pat Roberson is a strong “right-to-work” advocate. He has the right to say whatever he wants, no different and anyone on this Forum.

North America was more isolated from other cultures and did not have the advantage of learning new ideas from other places the way the Old World was able to do for the previous 6,000 years.

But for whatever reason the Stone Age Indians certainly were not ready to face the far more advanced Euro's.

Buchannan has been known for these beliefs, this is not new, and while he may be able to speak and write as is his right, there are consequences and responsibilities, that he must answer.

Noticed there isn't any mention of Hindus and Buddhist minorities bringing doen the US.

Back to the Santorum video. I think he is trying to use a kind of "logic" to "prove", that once you redefine marriage, it becomes meaningless. His logic makes sense, up to a point, but never mind that logic has little basis when applied to human beings. But neither does the "logic" of the girl he is arguing with make any sense. Why should you have to prove anything about gay marriage. Either you are for it, against it, or you couldn't care less...

How many times, have we seen someone calling for this or that talking head to be fired from MSNBC for something they said not in a book, on their own time (as is the case here) but on the air while in the employ of MSNBC?

And how many times have we seen libs here as well as in other places, defending MSNBC and certain talking heads over there, like Olberman, or Mr. Ed Shultz for example, and certain of the nasty vile racist things they've both said, on the grounds that they were merely and simply engaging in their first amendment right of free speech.

Yet now, suddenly here come some of the same individuals who defended these liberals and their ranting and raving as "free speech".

Telling us that when it comes to Mr. Buchanan, then it's A-OK for MSNBC to censor free speech, and punish Mr. Buchanan by terminating his employment. If he doesn't say what they wish for him to say. On HIS own time no less.

Now we are told, by some of the same individuals who defend MSNBC and Mr. Shultz's calling of certain American citizens such nasty, rude, vile names as "T-bagger" on the grounds of the first amendment, that when it comes to Mr. Buchanan then suddenly the first amendment doesn't exist.

Then suddenly that right of free speech enumerated by the first amendment, no longer applies because the talking head, said somethings the libs on the left don't like or agree with. Now suddenly THEN, it's just fine and peachy king to censor him.....

This is precisely why, the liberal left, particularly those libs over on MSNBC and those libs who defend MSNBC are seen as nothing more than petty, small, intellectually dishonest, self serving, hypocrites by most Americans.

This sort of double standards and hypocrisy is precisely why MSNBC is the lowest ranked news source in existence.

This sort of hypocrisy and double standard is also precisely why, no American, not afflicted with liberalism, believes a thing they see/hear from MSNBC unless and until they've verified it from another news source altogether.
