I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your consideration. You have six new members that I work with joining Political Forum to watch/participate in the ObamaCare, health care for all, debates. Things should should start to get exciting around early fall as the bill goes from the House to the Senate.

Republicans and medical corporations are spending a million dollars a day to defeat ObamaCare. With that kind of war chest, anything can happen. We want you to know, right up front, that we are making a conscious effort to follow all the Forum rules. If for any reason you find that there is a technical problem with the Forum, or you feel someone is tampering with your software, please let me know. Perhaps we can be of assistance. Thank you.

It was me being goofy when there was a mock election for the "PF Forum Jester" (I came in second!)

Concerning the recent deletion of a posting I had made: I just posted a link to the site. It was your site that posted a picture that you considered to be "inappropriate".

His don't count for anything anyway----as the entire Thread was already locked and I didn't notice it.

But for future reference, it's a rather subjective decision by a Mod. If I think an insult is just a cute little quip, but still an insult, I might delete it with a note. IF that poster continued, it would be a warning or infraction next time. IF I believe the comment is an outright insult and pretty clear, I give a warning to get the message across. BTW, I was also watching the poster you were debating as well. He was careful not to cross over any lines. If you'll remember to attack the post; the issue; the idea---and NOT the poster personally, you'll be okay.

A quick question.

I received a warning for something I said in response to what I considered an insulting post by E Pluribus Venom. I can understand and accept that.

What I do not understand is how Government Cheese has a half dozen posts deleted for being off topic and insulting without receiving a warning.

Am I missing something here?

I thought this was a site for discussion not an autocratic biased discussion which redress as you are now doing, if you consider your decission correct at least give me the right to redress, or allow me to apologise for a mistake of judgement on my part. Either way thats my democratic right..... unless you see things from another point of view.
