This is why Citizen's United was such a horrid case, and the Supreme Court got it completely wrong. It's one thing to blow money on sleazy attack ads, but to hire entire crowds to make yourself look legit? There needs to be a constitutional amendment that stops this insanity. It's not going to happen tomorrow, but it needs to happen soon and we need people in this country to take a step back from what ever political party they adhere to and finally admit how bad excessive money in politics really is.
