Obstruction of justice (which they were both charged with) is an actual crime. Abuse of power is also legitimate charge that has been used to impeach and remove many elected officials. But I guess you just pick and choose which charges are “real” based on what letter is next to a politician’s name.

What if this election results in a Democratic majority in the Senate? If that happens (which it easily could), and Trump manages to once again get the win via the electoral college, what's to stop the House from impeaching and the new Senate voting to remove him from office? They have a long list of actions for which they could impeach him. Yes, Republicans are "pressing forward" with their continuing agenda of maintaining their minority rule, aka tyranny.
