We understand that you want to be heard, that you want BLM to be on the same level as white supremacists, but they aren't. Regardless of whether or not anybody bites onto your bait, the fact that you feel like you have to try to nail liberals on hypocrisy instead of condemning white supremacists says much about you. Everybody admits that violence can come from all sides, but not all sides are based on a violently exclusionary philosophy. I know you want to try to compare apples and oranges, but why don't you look at the make-up of some of those BLM rallies and then look at the make-up of a white supremacy rally.

Ex is the key word, he doesn't make policy or guide the country anymore.

That is the lie that is constantly repeated.

True, he jumped on the race bandwagon a number of times without knowing any facts.

Black Lives Matter co-founder says hate speech 'not protected by First Amendment'

"Congress shall make no law..." is about as clear a statement of intent as can be found in the Constitution.

Here is the thought progression of the fascists:

    i) "Wrong" speech IS an act of violence,
    therefore,
ii) It is permissible to hit someone in the had with a bike-lock if they say something you determine to be hateful.

Actually he didn't do like his predecessor and turn a blind eye when he saw injustice being done to citizens of color.

You guys still blaming only one side? Both sides came dressed to fight, one scheduled a protest, one said it was coming to fight the protest, the one that scheduled it said bring it. Both sides are at fault. Trump immediately condemned violence, racism and bigotry. Then Trump did what the left whiney butts wanted and named the bigots and racist and the left said it wasn't quick enough so it doesn't count. Uh Ok whatever but the fact remains, Antifa is a cancer that needs to be stopped immediately, same with BLM, same with KKK and on and on. It really doesn't matter who starts what their all loser organizations designed to incite violence.

Stupidity is reality. Taking sides without knowing any details is stupid. Especially for a President and especially on racial issues.

Since the KKK, Nazi Wannbes, White Supremacists, etc., were dressed for, and armed for, trouble, how can you say it was the left that started the trouble? And who was there for them to start trouble with before Antifa arrived? And it was a Nazi/White Supremacist sympathizer that drove the car into the crowd. Trump made a blanket statement originally, and it took 2 days before he gathered the guts to criticize the hate mongers.

But it is normal for your side to defend hatemongering racists.

When did Antifa say it was coming to start a riot? Your side said they accomplished all their goals, and are calling it a victory:

You won't criticize Obama for not calling out BLM for Ferguson or Baltimore riots and looting, what about the assassination of 5 Dallas Police Officers during a BLM rally? Will you criticize Obama for not calling out BLM by name after that?

If you can criticize Trump for not calling white supremacy out by name, but can't criticize Obama for not calling out violent black nationalists by name what should we call that?

5 Dallas Police Officers were assassinated at a BLM rally and you can't see the comparison?

I think the comparison to Beirut is a false dichotomy. Further, the "blood feud" around Israel has been going on for decades longer than 20 years.

Problem here is the right wing selective memory. Obama did call out BLM.

A right wing lie, and their pathetic efforts to defend racism.

Because the left WANTS bigotry and violence - that's their political fuel.

Trump has a problem with delivering a consistent message on violence as sometimes he advocates it while other times he opposes it. The man needs to pick a narrative and stick with it.

You need to get informed: https://www.alaraby.co.uk/english/politics/2015/4/13/lebanons-civil-war-separating-fact-from-fiction

Lebanon's civil war had nothing to do with blood feuds or with Israel. It really had nothing to do with religion, although it was falsly framed that way by the press. It involved a large, unchecked migration of passionately devout Shiites (run out of Palestine) who were filled with hate and anger; flowing into a country populated with more urbane, western facing and educated Sunnis, Maronites, Greek Orthodox and Druz. There were ever-changing dynamics of Christians against Muslims, Muslims against Muslims, Christians against Christians, and Shiite/Druz against Suni/Maronite. In other words, a real cluster.

It is a total parallel to us, with an unchecked migration of people who think like third world people, at conflict with their own race who are nationalized, functional citizens, full of resentment and anger toward other races, poor people resenting rich and visa versa, and two political parties each of which have been divided into extremists and centrists.

It all starts just like it did with the Hatfields and McCoys. It starts in one town, and spreads to the next. Pull down one statue, then the next and the next. Someone calls a name, the other throws a stone, the next one wields a club, the next one shoots a gun. And so on and so on and scooby doobie doo-bee.

This whole violent protest trend was started by the left. For the last couple of years, every one has watched while left punks vandolize public and private property. It came to a head in Berkeley, where masked brats smashed in windows of businesses. When you say right wing violence is more prevelent - I have to think you are being dishonest, or you really have blinders on.

The only difference between left wing violence in the street, and right wing violence in the street, is the object of their hatred.

    Yup.

The silver lining in all this is that now I can consider my phone bill to be hate speech, and I can refuse to pay it, and also sue the phone company for violating my civil rights - and triggering me! - by sending it.
