This is also about the property rights of the population prior to the making of the constitution. A majority of ALL South Africans AGREED to the current Constitution in full knowledge of what had occurred beforehand. They consented to the status quo with the provisions that protected existing ownership of property. There is another provision that grants the government to right to acquire land and redistribute it in accordance with the rights of existing property owners. No one was forced to accept these terms. They could have voted against them and had there been a majority who felt that way it would not have been implemented.

Yes, black farmers do need greater access which is exactly what various organizations are already trying to do in South Africa. The problems are being addressed from what my own research has found. If you don't believe me then nothing is stopping you from doing your own research.
