My definition of racism is when somebody has negative views of another person simply because of what race they are. Not based on anything they have done, said or stand for.

For the record I have no regard for our Anglo Saxon heritage. Race should not be mentioned in anything like that. I'm against funding for black colleges because we should not have any such thing.

 

Racial-national identity, same thing. The controversy was surrounding the attempted creation of this caucus, and others have pointed out that similar caucus's exist with no problem raised. If 'Whites' spent centuries telling blacks they're different, we spent the last century trying to defuse racism. And yet, now the argument is that it's effectively okay to 'factor in' race for some groups, while canceling it out for others.

And pretending that's not hypocritical. The truth is the truth, no matter how many people speak against it or not.
