$14 trillion reparations for US slavery and Jim Crow?

America's first billionaire, Robert Johnson, has called upon America to pay $14 trillion in compensation for every African American.

America's first Black billionaire is calling for $14 trillion in reparations to compensate for slavery, Jim Crow, and '200 years of systemic racism' (msn.com)

$14 trillion would be roughly $333,400 per Black person in the US.

This brings up all sorts of wild speculation should it ever happen.

Do those families who lost loved ones fighting slavery have to pay?
Would Democrats who supported slavery, Jim Crow and the KKK pay more?
Would a Hispanic family have to pay?
How about the Jews etc who migrated to America last century, how much should THEY pay?
14 trillion is half the US debt, where is the money coming from?
I am 1/64 Bantu, 1/64 Jewish and 50% English (who fought American slavers) How much do I pay or do I get
a dividend?
How will this 'compensation' effect the economy of the US and those African Americans who would lose their
jobs should the economy tank?
How does this effect race relations?
Cultural Marxism of the Left relies upon oppressed/oppressor divide and rule narratives - would compensation
be the end of the matter?
Many black Americans from Pakistan, Puerto Rico, Nigeria etc have done well in America, should they pay?
Should Greece and Rome compensate for slavery? And Egypt which kept Jews as slaves, not to mention

A white woman marries an African American - does she pay him?
Would slave owning families like mine who left America over 100 years ago have to pay?
There are many Arab Americans. Arab enslaved Europeans. Should they pay?

Fact is every major nation on earth kept slaves. The first and last continent to do so is Africa. Africa still has slaves,
Africa has seen waves of black colonialism, Africa invented genocide and all of the great waves of global colonization
came out of Africa. Should they pay?

How about instead of reparations, every white, yellow and red American goes into a servitude to a black family for say, a year. Would that mend relations and placate blacks?

Does this guy realize how many low wage blacks would immediately quit their jobs and destroy businesses?

I want reparations for all the Irishman who are buried along the banks of our nations canals and inter coastal waterways as they died hand digging many of these features we take for granted today

 

I see emotional blackmail is still strong with some. I really want it to stick around as those who really think they deserve it should forever be disappointed.

 

Of course it wouldn't placate the likes of Al Sharpton and his noisy crowd but the idea has excellent possibilities as a Sit-Com.

If black people identify themselves as separate and exclusive group, they are responsible for everything good or bad.
Accordingly as a group they have to pay reparations for any crime that they have committed in the last 200 years.
White people do not owe black people anything because there is no such group or organization as white people.

Blacks today should be thanking America for being able to live here. Slavery was wrong and is long over. American blacks have more opportunity living in America than they could have ever dreamed of having if they still lived in their ass backwards Africa. If some blacks really don’t like it here, I would be willing to give any of them a one way ticket back to any “great” African Country of their choosing.
