tazing is a form of torture to force submission, he could have handled her ethically with his hands. this was racist, there was no reason to taze the little black girl.
I wasn't aware that police were supposed fight anyone. She put her hands up after he pointed a taser at her. He could have easily made the arrest after that.
They certainly are supposed to fight back and subdue people who violently resist arrest. It is telling that you can not give a straight answer to the question with minutes to think about it, and the safety of your living room chair. How would you know? She resisted once before. _
Dude. I haven't watched the video. Or read any link. Does anything in the OP indicate this person is of one ethnic group or another ? I am posting from a perspective that is based only on the most initial of reports. The OP. I have communicated with no one about this incident. Haven't read anything else about this. After i pointed the taser at the girl and put her hands up, I would have told her to get it the ground with her hands out. If she didn't follow directions, then I would have Tweed her.

I agree w/your questions. I questioned why shoot her in the groin, but then during the tussle, he may not have realized it..... I bet this is one belligerent teen who will next time obey orders.....
He wasn't really aiming he was pointing, the groin shot appears to be completely incidental. I'm guessing the stomach shot is the ideal one, as it would inflict immediate pain which would incapacitate the criminal. Mention of the missed shot seems to infer liberal bias in the article.
It goes to, well, to put it mildly, welfare fraud that exists in this country.... I certainly can't and won't speak for the person you quoted, but to answer the question... Demographics seem to have a horrible result when the government makes generalizations. The government ignores demographics when it suits them, but the very demographics they ignore skew the date, honest American citizens begin to question the results... It seems that results in charges of racism.. do the people that make the charge ever look at the data???? I'm having doubts on such a thing....
