    Truly saddening. This isn't the first te he has tried this sound like he was a sociopathic serial killer in the making.

    Yeah he's scum - he'll get life at least, and they aren't very friendly to child killers/rapists in prison.

    Wish i had faith in that. Unfortunately being 17 he wont get life without parole. Recently we went right off the common sense cliff and found that this would be cruel and unusual punishment.

    Judging from RichT's post, it looks like, as ridiculous as the SC's ruling was, that there remains a possibility for life in prison...

    Let's hope the court system comes through, and, puts this (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) away permanently...
