The answer to that is exactly the opposite of 2012, a very good period (can even be after 2013, because 2013 is exactly 100 years since 1913, when they started the FED/capitalism) The Maya calender does not metion two periods one after the other, but the German people have seen these two emotional periods in their history, before their country became an empire. The end of 'American empire' means the beginning of global empire (Unions and Leagues are already setup/organized over the past decade) The 'empire' is not on the run but on the rise.
