The UN and it's organizations must comply to the UN Charter. Hence, they must respect Article 80 like they need to respect all the rest of the Articles in the UN Charter.

    It's not a claim. Its a fact.

Indeed, the ICJ ruled it all according to international law and not just nitpicking one sentence in it.

Israel and it's Jews rape the civil rights of Arabs by making it a law to ethnic cleansing them and thieving their properties.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_supply_and_sanitation_in_the_Palestinian_territories
"According to a World Bank report, Israel extracted 80% more water from the West Bank than agreed in the Oslo Accord"
"According to the World Bank, water extractions per capita for West Bank Palestinians are about one quarter of those for Israelis, and have declined over the last decade." " Israeli settlers in the West Bank thus used about 4.5 times the amount of water available to the Palestinians."

As I said.. the Jews are draining the Palestinian lands

Except when it's about ethnic cleansing, thieving property and water. At that point you play ignorant about the UN Charter, the ICJ ruling, the UN and the UNSC experts.

In no case are your experts able to trump the experts of UN, the UNSG and the ICJ ruling.
    Case closed.

Still playing the ignorant troll, defying the UN ruling on this

Please stop playing ignorant and trolling this site.

so now we have learned that "nothing in this Chapter", is not literal.

the authors of the UN Charter didn't mean for the Charter to be taken literally.

they meant for it to be interpreted and applied however folks feel.

    LOL!!!!

The UN Charter was written with clear English, the UN Charter cant be interpreted as you wish, it's not a movie. It is what it is and it's articles are what they are. It's very clear.

They also respect the civil rights of the indigenous people given to them in that UN Charter, where you remain to be ignorant on that in order to justify ethnic cleansing.

    Kind of it.

Then if it is a fact, then what are the borders of this state?

Article 80 is not just one sentence, but bunch of them.

Article 80 is part of Chapter 12.

Already wrote about Article 80. Please read: http://www.politicalforum.com/showthread.php?t=433636&page=68&p=1065664368#post1065664368

So there is no Arab Autonomy in the West Bank, and there is no political organization that represent them?

I already responded to that. Please read previous comments.
Please stop repeating on issues that were already been replied to.

It is not an interpretation, but it is what Article 80 says.

BTW- if you wrote "yeah", it means that you agree with me, so after that you cant wrote "you're wrong".
If you agreed with me by saying "yeah", then I'm right, and thus cant be wrong.

    I said:
Paragraph 1 of Article 80 says:

    Source: http://www.un.org/en/sections/un-cha...xii/index.html

Which means that until the Mandates would concluded nothing shell be constructed in or of itself to alter in any manner the rights of any states of people or the terms of the existing international insturments, and since the document of the Mandate wasnt concluded, then nothing shell be needed to constructed or alter the rights that were given by the Mandate.

Where do you see in this comment the words "ICJ" or "UNSC resolutions"?

Its a fact. Direct your questions about the fact to the UN.
FYI you're playing to be ignorant on this fact.
    Please end your trolling

So what. You're still nitpicking 1 sentence from it,.. ignoring the civil rights of the indigenous population given in that same UN Charter,.. in order for you to claim Jews can ethnic cleanse. Hence you're playing to be ignorant. Please stop trolling.

You never responded to the world bank saying Jews are draining Palestine, by pumping out more water than agreed / giving Arabs far and far less than Jews.
Point of mine still remains. In no case are your experts able to trump the experts of UN, the UNSG and the ICJ ruling.
    Case closed..

That's just because you claim Israel has a right to commit the war crime of ethnic cleansing and thieving of Arab properties, draining their water etc. That's is just a retarded opinion and exceptionally dishonest. It goes without saying Israel and it's Jews trash international law on that.

You say that there is "Palestinain" state, so the question should be directed to you.

I'm not nitpicking 1 sentence, but I'm using all of what Article 80 says.

In 2014, Mekorot transfered to the West Bank 57 million cubic meters of water from the mountain aquifer, the main part of which is in Israeli territory.
In the water agreement that was part of Oslo Accords, and which was signed in 1995, was 30 million cubic meters of water:
In the last five years Israel trasfered to the West Bank over 52 million cubic water which was annualy supplied, which is 2 twice then what was agreed upon:
    Source: http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7...665260,00.html

Hence, if Israel is transfering water to the "Palestinains", then they cant drain them.

I alread responded to that claim. Please read previous comments.

I already replied to such claims. Please read previous comments.

Please stop repeating claims that were already been replied to.

    1) You're playing ignorant to facts. The UN said there is. Direct your questions to them who made it a nation.

    2) You're nitpicking 1 sentence from article 80 of the UN Charter, and consistently playing ignorant the same UN Charter gives civil rights to the indigenous population protecting them from ethnic cleansing, thieving etc. That is very dishonest when discussing a legally binding document.

    3) my source that I linked says Israel is violating the Oslo Accords by pumping up way more water, giving it to Jews far from than Arabs. And so is draining Palestine. All according to the no biased world bank. What you put up is not disputing this one bit.

    4) In no case are your experts able to trump the experts of UN, the UNSG and the ICJ ruling.

    5) ethnic cleansing, thieving property and water is violating civil rights. That is what Israel and its Jews do.

Please stop ignoring civil rights and claim you're doing things according to international law.
That's an exceptionally dishonest way of arguing / playing to be ignorant / trolling.

Yes that's what you've been saying. Please refer to earlier posts.

Oh yes the west bank is part of Palestine but Israels border de facto is east of that. And the only areas Israel ever agreed to are even further east of that. So no the west bank is not Israel.

No the Mandate does not portion out rights to only some people. The rights are invalid as long as all parties cannot receive equal treatment. That's part of the charter.

They don't need to do it today as the rulings apply across the occupation and across time. Your right there is no problem. Israel cannot legally settle.

No he doesn't. Unless the pa wishes otherwise. Why is that a problem for you? It's done everywhere else.

    It represents them. That's all.

Area c as well as all the other areas are occupation territory. Not Israeli territory.

Except that without equal treatment of all persons the rights are invalid while the Mandate itself still exists as it does.

    Got a better idea?

Why are there separate roads and services for Israeli people in the west bank?

You seem acutely aware of how difficult it is for advocates of Right Wing Zionist criminality to defend the indefensible.

"Go to court" as you noted is a joke in the only country in which Ethnic Cleansing is its foundation:[1]

“Badly Burned: Israeli Settlements Continue to Violate Basic Palestinian Rights”
    http://harvardkennedyschoolreview.com/badly-burned/

EXCERPT “ Every week, settlers average four attacks on Palestinians. And cries against these attacks go largely unheeded – less than one in 10 complaints against Israeli settlers result in indictments. The indictments themselves are also largely symbolic; the lengthiest prison sentence given to settlers has been 2.5 years for arson, vandalism and hate crimes.
On the other hand, Palestinians in the West Bank are tried under Israeli military courts, where the conviction rate is 99.74%, and a Palestinian throwing stones is now eligible for up to 20 years in prison, thanks to a recent law passed by the Israeli parliament.
The legal system also processes Palestinians and Israelis differently. A settler arrested in the West Bank and accused of a crime “must be brought before a judge within 24 hours”, while a Palestinian arrested in the West Bank “can be held for up to 8 days without being brought before a judge.”CONTINUED

[1] “The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine”
    http://thirdworldtraveler.com/Pappe_Ilan/Ethnic_Cleansing_Palestine.html
EXCERPT “This fourth and last blueprint spelled it out clearly and unambiguously: the Palestinians had to go.'
In the words of one of the first historians to note the significance of that plan, Simcha Flapan, 'The military campaign against the Arabs, including the "conquest and destruction of the 'rural areas" was set forth in the Hagana's Plan Dalet'.'
The aim of the plan was in fact the destruction of both the rural and urban areas of Palestine.
The plan decided upon on 10 March 1948, and above all its systematic implementation in the following months, was a clear-cut case of an ethnic cleansing operation, regarded under international law today as a crime against humanity.”CONTINUED
