Liebensraum is about illegally taking land from other peoples. The number of decades are irrelevant.

Keep clam and return fire. :machinegun:

Knives are instruments of homicidal behavior. So are cars, and fists and feet and box cutters, and bats, and wires and etc. What else should we ban that have been used in homicides?

The method matters though. They are only populating an area, which is open to all races. They have not forcibly taken it from them.

Where did the Jews go? Cars, feet, boxcutters, bats (if you say so - and I'm sure you have plenty of experience of the flying kind) etc are useful implements of life or expressions of nature, Guns are not.

All can be used for recreation or destruction. It depends on the user of the object that determines the use.

You use bats for recreation? Do you get them to fly through flaming hoops?

Yes. Does everyone who owns a gun in the US use them for sport?

If so, how do you know. And how do you define sport?

Most use it for target practice and because they enjoy shooting. Others use guns to hunt game. Many use guns for self defense purposes, whether it be at home or on them.

Ah. "Self defense". That would be against animals also armed with guns?

BTW, Georgie Boy had to rely on French guns and a French navy to save him from the British. Just a little bit of history I now you'll appreciate.

For animal attacks and for criminal attacks. Whether or not the threat has a gun is redundant.

The french did not join the war until the colonists had a large victory. The battle of Saratoga was that victory. Glad you found a history book, its a shame its not a good one.

    Huh? Huh?

It's rather odd that today the Yanks dismiss the French. Were it not for the French, it would still be a British colony. The American revolution was one of the few great French victories over the British. Repaid with Trafalgar and Waterloo and, earlier, the expulsion of the French from India, Canada and the Caribbean Islands..

I wonder if Americans know they owe their existence to King Louis XVI of France?

Yes until they want our help or money.

The desperate laughter of the second rate trying to feel better in the shadow of a superior.

You keep comparing other nations as though they matter.

Yes; everyone knows that China is the new big bad boy on the block and as for using guns to do it; it's already using guns to do it. Do you think that the territorial posturing it's currently engaging in against Japan and to a lesser extent other Asian nations would be meaningful if it's WARSHIPS and FIGHTER SHIPS were not armed?

Oh . . . but what you really mean is that despite its armed posturing it has not YET actually busted a cap on any other nation this century. Yeah, and after Vietnam the U.S. held off until Grenada and so forth . . . but it did eventually move back into permanent war involvements mode . . . and that's most likely where China is currently heading.

Try to keep up. This redundant argument has been dealt with previously.

Sigh! Yes, China's ruling class is as classically Marxist/Communist at this point as -- say -- leftwingers in the United States are generally patriotic; next to non-existent in other words, but China maintains the Mao era structure of internal government hierarchy and control of the nation. In other words it is not representative in nature. It is outright dictatorial. So one could say that it has evolved from the failed Marxist/Communist internal structure to Fascism; which makes not one iota of difference to the government's willingness to step on the necks of its own people with big, heavy, boots if it feels threatened by representative democracy agitators. It also does not somehow mean that they are saints where other nations are concerned. It simply means that it is biding its time. The current aggressive posturing over borders and extraterritorial possessions? That presages future militaristic activities.

Now you are perfectly free to continue believing otherwise. It's no skin off my proboscis and etcetera. But whatever game you are playing in your ongoing effort to portray the Chinese regime as pure and perfect regarding its humanitarian outlook and intentions is . . . um . . . amusing.

First, no; second it will shift over to the use of guns in the not so very distant future if its current military posturing with other Asian nations reflects a true shift in attitude and intentions.

Yes indeedy-do! As for showing up as silly, I seldom mind when that happens. It's sorta like rain in that . . . into all lives some rain must fall.

Unlike Germans, we have a Constitution that guarantees freedom of speech, and the right to bear arms that "shall not be infringed."

I support restrictions on criminals and psychopaths. If they are locked-up, punished properly or properly treated/medicated---then there would be far less crime.

As your media is no more free today than when Geobbels ran it, I can't blame you for being brainwashed about gun control.

One must not so easily dismiss recidivistic appeals to forlorn thought and derelict facts.

    Mmm. :confusion:

OK. Dismiss them. Some things are constitutionally incapable of standing to attention.
