saying that certain money is set aside for certain things is a bit disingenuous; it's like a drug addict's mom saying "I gave him $500 for rent, he promised he wouldn't spend it on drugs"...he might NOT spend that particular $500 on drugs but he now can take the money he would have paid his rent with and use it to buy drugs...so in effect she DID enable him.

something I find especially appalling is that while Planned Unparenthood is busily running women thru abortion mills like cattle thru a slaughter barn...ADOPTION referrals are dropping like a stone:

so they performed over 300,000 abortions and referred 841 women for adoption..

I suppose we can all see what the money maker is!!
