If exposing the sex bribes hurt Republicans, we'd all know about it and who was involved. The fact that we don't and it's being hidden means most of the people it's protecting are Democrats.

I still don't get it. Franken what, needs the money? Did he not already free health care for life once he was seated? Why do you suppose he feels so entitled to his seat? How can this guy justify himself on the national stage after he so aggressively went after Moore? Schumer should have already counseled Franken to leave. Schumer should have been working to get this boob out of his chair as soon as the reports started coming in. Hey Ho, Franken has got to go... Hey hey....

 

They are not. Most of them have been assimilated into the collective. They are just Democrats that lie, say they are republicans to get elected in red states and control red seats. If this scandal hurt Trump types, we'd know all about it and who was involved.

 

It's hard for the democratic party to continue to represent themselves as the party of women when they so actively protect those who abuse them...

Last I checked Roy Moore is a Repub and the top Repub is backing him.

And who would that be? Trump hasn't endorsed moore, he has pointed out that there shouldn't be a democrat from AL. I know, you can't see the difference, but there is one, none the less. So many of the other Republican leadership have actually asked Moore to step away, as I have. Next?

Franken could choose to resign, but I do not like to see elections nullified by Washington insiders. It is always better to wait and let the voters decide.

The charges remain unproved and suspicious. The voters in AL are likely to elect Moore in reaction to what appears to be another "October surprise" contrived to rig an election. That would be a good thing - Jeff Bezos should not be allowed to use his drones to tamper with the Congress.

 

Totally agree. WAPO is nothing more than a marketing tool for that tool.... Personally, I don't care, AL will elect whom they want. Likely, there should be a huge write in for someone else. Moore represents that legacy that is the residual democratic conservatives being washed away, finally from the south.

 

Praiseworthy, so long as they do not conspire to expel the elected Franken.

 

The fact that Moore is despised by the bipartisan DC ruling political establishment is a compelling reason for AL voters to elect Moore. He would hit the Senate like a wrecking ball - IOW, the perfect candidate.
