You guessed right. Neither Christian nor Muslim fundamentalists are about to transform the secular governance of the US into a theocratic one.

No they are not. But there are many Muslims willing to fight and die until they do. We're nor really concerned with them being successful, when just their mere atempts to achieve their goal usually involves dismembering a bunch of people by bomb.

Their victims are most often innocent Muslims, and in the Middle East, of course, but fanatics are fanatics whoever and wherever they might be.

They wanted us to fight for what we believed by having our representatives do it in congress instead of a new revolution every now and then. Why do you bring up a strawman argument . You know what I was talking about. I can read the 1st amendment

Talk about dodging. Is that what they taught you in college? Thats it , no more. I asked what they are for not what they are not there to do. But you rarely seem to give a straight answer. This is awfully childish and boring.

And nor does Christianity.... at least not from a historical perspective.

Christianity has a whole has been somewhat tame since after WWII but this can change on a dime.

The problem is that the same dangerous root ideology exists in both Islam and Christianity.

I was not aware that Christianity called itself the religion of peace. When was this started?

Are you aware of the religious nut job murderer today in Oregon? What religion do you suppose he was killing for? Was he killing for Christ? Some how I think it won't be. For the record , no religion should be lying about being peaceful.
Another good one is the Pope doesn't think the 2A is good for Americans. Yet the hypocritical fool never goes anywhere with out his armed guards. How many Mullahs say to kill infidels? Same hypocrisy but innocent people die at the hands of Muslims in the name of Islam. So while all religions are a crock of liars taking money from fools. The one that promotes martyrs to explode school kids is the clear cut loser.

    Sharia law sucks.

I hope the West grows some balls, but I doubt that will happen. Mankind will be united someday under the Islamic cult.

Referring to Jesus as "the prince of peace" is common. Other than that we are on the same page.

There isn't a single person on the Left (Liberals) who condones the evil part of Sharia Law that calls for the execution of Gays.
