As you know, the only terrorists in Palestine are the nazi stormtroopers who occupy it. Clear 'em out, and arrest the nazis who support them.

And as I responded in the previous threads the laws of all Arab countries and the PA are not compliant with International laws, especially humanitarian laws and International human rights laws. The treatment of women, religious and sexual minorities, dhimminism, institutionalized torture, death sentences administered by their courts, the hangings of gays, the stonings of women, the executions of minors, body mutilations for criminal offenses... these are just a few examples. Most of these countries are not in compliance with multiple UNSC resolutions either... The list is endless.

Needless to say they or their loud-mouth defenders are not in position to make demands of others until they clean up their own huge and stinking mess.

In 2010, exports reach $7.2 billion, making Israel one of the world's top four exporters of arms. Israel is believed to be one of the world’s top four exporters of arms with specializations in the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles, mini satellites, command-and-control systems, armored vehicles and the refurbishment of various types of commercial and military aircraft.

The IDF is considered as one of the most skilled armies in combat
Israeli Air force is the best in the world
The Iron Dome counter-rocket defense system is the best in the world.
Merkava is the world's best main battle tank.
Hi energy laser weapon system is the first in the world

As for the Navy well... is it that important to Israel? If it was, it too would be best in the world.

Yet interestingly enough you can't name the exact laws they're in violation of, just vague accusations of humanitarian laws.
So you mean the same as many Christian nations in Africa
How is 'so long as someone is paying their taxes you're not allowed to persecute them' a violation of international law?
Let me introduce you to the American judicial system and Gauntanamo Bay
And this differentiates them from any Central african republic how?
So the same as every other country on the face of the Earth? There are very few nations in the world that aren't in violation of multiple UNSC laws. A good example is Israel:

    1. ILLEGAL ACQUISITION OF LAND BY FORCE: Israeli annexation of lands outside in 1948 outside those set by the UN partition plan and again in the 1967 war where they took Jerusalem and the East Golan Heights.
    2. FORBIDDING CIVILIANS THE RIGHT TO RETURN TO THEIR HOMES FOLLOWING THE END OF ARMED CONFLICT: Once in 1948 and again in 1967, also ignored a UN Resolution demanding they respect the law.
    3. ILLEGAL POPULATION TRANSFER: Once in 1948 when they settle land outside those set aside for them by the UN Partition Plan and again in 1967.
    4. ILLEGAL MODIFICATION OF LOCAL LAW: Israel radically modifies local law following 1967 occupation beyond what is allowable under international law (violating Palestinian human rights and to the benefit of Israel's economy and the Israeli settlements on occupied Palestinian lands, and actually creating de facto annexation of much of the occupied territories)
    5. DESTRUCTION OF HOLY PLACES, AND INTERFERING WITH MINISTERS OF RELIGION PERFORMING THEIR RELIGIOUS DUTIES.
    6. ILLEGAL DE FACTO ANNEXATION: Unlimited occupation and setting laws for the Palestinians constitutes a de facto annexation.
    7. ILLEGAL PRACTICE OF COLLECTIVE PUNISHMENT: In 1948 Israel commits acts of collective punishment against Palestinian settlements for instances of rebellion and continues to do so with the blockade.
    8. ILLEGAL MILITARY OCCUPATION: Military actions and occupations are considered legal only if they are based on self-defense (as Israel claims) or are designed to benefit the native population of the occupied areas, but it is now clear that Israel's occupation is illegal because Israeli implementation of it clearly is about:

    (1) Acquisition of land into Israel by force, and
    (2) Economic exploitation of the occupied areas via building up de facto Annexation on occupied lands --
    (A) Extensive modification of local laws, and
    (B) Building Israeli settlements on occupied lands (illegal population transfer),
    (C) Building separation barrier not on border but through Palestinian communities displacing over 200,000 Palestinian civilians separating them from their families, work, schools, hospitals, etc.
    (3) Inhumane suppression of rebellion is implemented through --
    (A) Practice of Collective Punishment, and
    (B) Extensive violations of Palestinian Human Rights.
    9. VIOLATIONS OF RIGHT TO SELF-DETERMINATION: Israel continues to deny the Palestinians the right of self-determination.
    10. VIOLATIONS OF HUMAN RIGHTS. The apartheid system and economic exploitation of Palestine are violations of human rights.
    11. VIOLATIONS OF UN RESOLUTIONS: Israel has violated 28 resolutions of the United Nations Security Council (which are legally binding on member-nations), and almost 100 resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly (which are not binding, but represent the will and understanding of the international community). And Israel is now in violation of the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice of 2004, condemning the separation wall Israel is building throughout the occupied West Bank.
    12. PRACTICE OF RACISM: One of the primary purposes that the European Zionist organizations had for starting the State of Israel was to create a Jewish State, where the Jewish people could find sanctuary, control things, and prosper. This understandably has led to the passage of laws which give special favor throughout Israeli society to the Jewish people over all other people, and especially the native Palestinian Arab people. But giving special favor to one group of people above all other groups based on a criteria like what religion they are is, by definition, a form of racism. And, even though the leaders of the Zionist organizations thought such a policy was absolutely necessary to protect the Jewish people, it is still racism - a philosophy and practice which inevitably leads to terrible injustice and conflict (as we have seen throughout the history of Zionism in Palestine), and which thus must be condemned and prevented no matter what.
    13. PRACTICE OF APARTHEID: The State of Israel has a formal system of legalized discrimination against Palestinian Arabs which technically fits the official UN definition of Apartheid.
    14. PRACTICE OF ETHNIC CLEANSING: The Zionist organizations, before the creation of the State of Israel, and then the Israeli government itself, have practiced many different forms of Ethnic Cleansing since the Zionist first came to Palestine in the early 1900's. The overt claim they rationalize this with is security concerns, but the greater long term reason is concern about maintaining a majority Jewish population so that they can maintain a democratic form of government which they dominate. Ethnic Cleansing is considered to be a severe breach of international law.

If you want I can expound on which law specifically is violated by these actions.

That's called a tu quoque fallacy. They don't have to fix themselves to criticize you for being wrong.
Exporting arms doesn't make you good at using them.

But they're not. As evidenced by them having their tails collectively kicked by a light infantry force with no air or mounted support. They're at best comparable to the lowest end of NATO forces like Belgium and Austria, who incidentally despite exporting a lot of arms are also not premiere warfighters.
Yes, at flying against Arabs who don't trust their Radar and only fire when they have visuals.
    And?
It actually isn't. For instance it's extremely (*)(*)(*)(*)ing heavy and incapable of being airlifted. The Merkava is the best tank for a nation with Israel's security concerns. Israels security concerns are however unique. The best tank in the world right now is the Leopard 2A7, due to being affordable whilst also giving quality protection to it's crew; though to be honest in a fight consisting of a Leopard company and an Abrams company, I'd give it to the Abrams due to their better survivability.
That's nice, too bad it doesn't work efficiently enough. Coincidentally the Mondragon rifle was the first battle rifle, design in 1887; but the battle rifle didn't become efficient and practical enough for battlefield use until the Stg-44.
It wouldn't be. Again, they lack the institutional experience to make it so.

What has Zionism to do with Semitism?

Germans are worried about the treatments of Semites by the Zionists, so they must be called Pro-Semites, not Anti-Semites.

Zionists are the biggest Anti-Semites because they ethnically cleansed Palestine from its ancient Semitic population and replaced it by foreign non-Semitc migrants who believe that Palestinian was promised to Jews by the Jewish God.

Yes, many million Germans were genocided before, during and after WWII.

Dresden, East Prussia, etc. etc. etc.

Even the German minority in the former USSR was genocided during and after WWII, though these Germans were Soviet citizens.

You will not be imprisoned for that, but you will lose your job and will be ostracised.

That means that you do not have real freedom of speech there.

Well, the native Semites of Palestine would also support a fair and realistic two state solution.

It just depends on what you mean with "fair" and "realistic".

The Christian settlers were inspired by the Jewish Old Testament.

The Pilgrims believed that they are the "New Jews", that America is the new Promised Land, and that the natives are just Canaanites, that must be annihilated.

In a nutshell two states, a jewish and an arab one. As of this moment "the native" Jewish 'Semites of Palestine" have repeatedly said yes to such arrangement. They did it in 1948 and 1967, 2000. The native Arab Semites of Palestine said 'No' every time. The best they are willing consider is a two arab majority states solution (aka the right of return).

All the nazis will ever accept, as you well know, is a couple of waterless Bauntustans. As you also know, you have no right to a single inch of the stolen land, and without the US backing of your every crime you wouldn't last five minutes.

The Partition Resolution, 181, was in 1947 and Israel did not exist to say ' yes' to stealing over half of Palestine.

Germans do not consider themsleves victims of the wars they initiated.

There is no way that that is the sentiment in this country.

I would say that the vast majority of Germans do not care about zionism. They are more interested in Euro related problems and iddues.

I think you're wrong. What about the millions of cases of post-war rape in Germany ? No victims ?

    Collective responsibility?

That sounds very hateful, only racist can believe that German civilians were responsible for the policies of their government.

Who cares about what you "would say"?

German is not your native language and you do not know much about Germany, either.

You only repeat the official propaganda, and that is boring.

They did say no to the robbery of foreign migrants.

Can you blame them for that?

Beside that the refugees have the right to return to their homes.

Only after that you can talk about some "solutions".

For the record, a lot of the anti-Holocaust denial laws in Europe were inspired by our influence. After WW2, it was suggested that allowing Holocaust denial in Europe would contribute to the possibility of a stronger Nazi insurgency. The first decade after the war was somewhat messy due to rebel elements that persisted in countries like Germany that we and the Soviets eventually eliminated.

During this time, anti-denial laws also helped us apprehend rebels, since they tended to be the most vocal in their denial of the Holocaust.

Admittedly, it's probably time for Europe to remove these bans, since the underlying political reasons are no longer present.

Social pressure is entirely different from legal pressure.

This applies to every country. If you're a public figure in Turkey and you insult Mohammed, you won't be thrown in jail, but you'll probably lose your job there and find it hard to get another job in the media or in government.

I prefer the 1967 borders. Both sides have to compromise for this to work.

Well yeah, but colloquially, they're referred to as the 1967 borders.
