You had a good point until you injected partisan politics. Yes, many cities and states have practiced poor financial stewardship for many years, just like the federal government. The unnecessary shut down seriously aggravated the situation. That the virus is engineered demands that humans are responsible for it being spread maliciously. Considering Tony's most accurate prediction in 2017 that this administration would experience a pandemic, it appears he had a sort of fore knowledge similar to those who bought short in United and American Airlines prior to 911. So, it's complicated.
I have an idea. Why not get WAPO's owner Bozo, to spend part of his Amazon money to better and rebuild the inner cities. What do you say?

It takes a profound level of gullibility to believe the government cares about you. Are they cutting back on government employees, pensions? Interesting to see you blame trump when neither him nor his cronies have a voice in California. In spite of our taxes being the highest, our roads are crumbling, schools rank with the lowest, the gap between the rich and poor is huge with few left in the middle, and we are the poverty capitol of the US. In spite of record spending on "health care" and pharm products, Americans are fatter and sicker than ever. Neither party gives a damn about you; its about power.
