"Escalated"? I'm not sure which is worse.

Yeah... but that only works with people who hate a dictator wannabe who sexually abuses women and tortures children. One would think that's everybody but... you and the poster I responded to defending him appear to be sign that it's not.

Sad, isn't it! But I still hope that it's the majority of voters.

ah poor dems, the GOP finally got some payback after the Bork nastiness. Thank God that we don't have Meritless Garland on the Supreme Court.

This is one of the most outlandish, nonjudicial, and improper judgements from the bench I have heard of.

They are now social justice activists, when their role is to ADMINISTER the court. Such public comments undermine a defendant's presumption of innocence(undermine puts it lightly, I don't think it can be questioned that it destroys the presumption of innocence.)

If a judge thinks with prejudice(even if they get to claim for themselves that it's not prejudice, which is laughable), what makes one think the judge would handle a 'not guilty' verdict. Or not use court issued orders in favor of the prosecution of the defendant who is so clearly guilty in their minds(Whether this is factually true or a suggestion is besides the point)

It undermines that precious 'administration of justice' that was bragged about a few months ago.

And claimed for years that she was the actual president. She tried legal means, etc to get the results overturned, not the least of which was an attack on the electoral college for the evil of depriving her of her rightful power.... And while Trump lost in totals, the few states that he lost that would have mattered, he lost by VERY slim margins. You might say that democrats really didn't have to work that hard to cheat in those states to produce those results. Sore losers populate the democratic -party. Stacey Abrams who? Hillethebeast, Al Gore, there's an F'in list.

which still doesn't obviate the observation that democrats, publicly, are announcing their both intent and methods to overthrow the election should Trump be the winner. I think it's astute of you to have provided such a timely warning about them. Thanks.

Reuters = MSM = Fake News.

There is too much Fake Hate out there now to be sure where it is really coming from.

"The young black woman was found in a plastic trash bag, apparently unconscious and smeared with feces after going missing for four days. Emergency personnel discovered slurs and "KKK" scrawled on her body. The traumatized 15-year-old could barely speak, but managed to convey that she'd been abducted and raped by a group of white men who had kept her out in the woods in freezing temperatures. Reverend Al Sharpton made his name nationally as Tawana Brawley's champion, charging that a Dutchess County assistant district attorney was one of the rapists. The 1987 case divided America racially in a way that previewed the OJ Simpson trial.
Except it wasn't true—not a word of it."

In fact, Democrats often challenge the integrity of elections they lose.
Hillary Clinton is not unique, but she is very persistent.

Your concept of proof by providing examples of her continuing to meddle in elections is truly fascinating.

America is notorious for its corrupt judges and broken justice system.
Denial and cover-ups serve only to obstruct effective reform.

    “Restoring court’s battered integrity
Recusal issues often spur judicial complaints. But the watchdog panels that evaluate them, both on the state and federal level, are not courts and therefore lack the authority to review the merits of a litigant’s case. Even a substantiated charge of misconduct won’t change the outcome of a ruling or verdict; it merely opens the door for a new appeal to be filed, which for beleaguered litigants can be costly, time-consuming and often not worth it. Many do continue to fight. Others simply vent.

The online vitriol directed at unscrupulous judges, which began in the mid- 2000s, has built to a howling digital crescendo. Websites including The Robe Probe, The Judiciary Report and The Robing Room, which rate judges the way Yelp rates restaurants, are rife with railing as embittered, mostly anonymous plaintiffs rip into judicial decisions they feel were biased or corrupt.

Mounting criticism led to a remarkable development last year. The chief justices of each state gathered and declared that something had to be done. They implored lawmakers to enact legislation that might restore their courts’ battered integrity by forcing more transparency on their systems and holding judges accountable when they engaged in unethical behavior.

“Fair and impartial justice requires that judges act without regard to the identity of parties or their attorneys, the judge’s own interests or likely criticism,” said the resolution of the Conference of Chief Justices in January 2014. A judge should step away when there is “actual conflict or bias or other impropriety...or when a reasonable disinterested person would conclude that an appearance of impropriety exists.””
