You should know I am no where on the side of Rick, Social progressive, Santorum. His views are a complete contradiction from the people that are voting for him. He has TEA party support when he has come out and said he hates the libertarian views of the TEA party.
When you watch a Santorum rally..look for the age and color.. Young ..mostly white.. mostly Evangelical. The party would be CONSTRICTING support if we nominated this guy. Yes.. tightening up support for 1 leg of that stool . At the expense of driving away diversity of color..race.. gender and economics support. Do the simple math. The other side has just under 50 % on entitlements already..think they just give that stuff up for God ? The other side has a BLACK progressive Church also..one that welcomes diversity ,people of different colors.. doesn't focus on women..It preaches GOD's love for all people..not just Evangelicals. Obama played you fools..do the electoral Map test..The ultra right wing conservatives would never vote for president Obama in a MILLION YEARS..he knows that..I know that..and you know that. In every state where ROMNEY LOST is was in the rural counties where less people live. Obama could care less about them..they will never vote for him anyway. Obama needs the large cities and major population states. By placing a ultra conservative as our nominee he will destroy Santorum in those environments. Fox says the President is not willing to compromise on the pipeline and contraceptive issues..He doesn't NEED to..he needs to shore up and make sure HIS anti Evangelical and enviro -nut base shows up and still votes for him. They live in the major cities and in the most crucial electoral states. President Obama could care less about the price of food and gas..the national debt..his VOTERS dont care..they get tax payer dollars already to help them pay for the rising prices. It will become a race issue and a religious issue..it was last time and Obama won. Do the math.
... and the beauty of Obama strategy is, he doesn't have to bring up Race or Religion ... because he knows the Conservatives will step in it with both feet. He'll just continue being the Adult in the room and talk about real American concerns. Brilliant I say ... Brilliant
AGAIN..I AGREE with you 100 % Republicans haven't ripped Obama policies on oil ..trade or anything in weeks..since the Santorum SURGE. It's been all about Romney..his wealth, his bank..his business..his dog and his religion. a 10 pt lead lost and Obama didn't do a thing. Newt and Santorum did it and Obama gets the prize.. as some one..I cant recall ..just said.. BRILLIANT ! A wolf smiles and the sheep just continue grazing..
Do you honestly believe anyone is going to fall for "the Republicans want to ban contraception" BS? This was orchestrated by BO to try to create something. Go back to that stupid question that George Stephanopolis asked Romney. You think he didn't know this was coming? As to your other statements, you are offensive. You shouldn't be using the Lord's name in vain the way you have done. But I guess that's typical of BO supporters.
When does that happen? If the government gives tax Money to churches or businesses of the church, then I agree with you. If a business decides to get into bed directly with the government, then the government has right to say something.
President Bush established the Office of Faith-Based Initiatives. It was an office directly tied to the White house designed to give taxpayer money to faith-based groups providing services. President Obama maintained the Office and even expanded the programs. Here is a wiki link (yeah, it is a wiki, but pretty accurate): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_House_Office_of_Faith-Based_and_Neighborhood_Partnerships
