If you search for her dissertation online , the PDF version lists who signed off on her dissertation. Actually, you can have a doctorate issued after completing the course work but it'll be called a doctorate without dissertation. I do not know for a fact how soon she presented her dissertation after completing coursework.

 

I know she earned it. Someone just joined to spew lies and hate. She’s already been found out.

Actually, the Catholics here hire many non-Catholics for their technical skills. On their visas they are listed as Catholic missionaries because they are here under the auspicious of the Catholic Church. I remember one Catholic project many years ago where the office in the capital had 4 Americans and not one of them was Catholic. Skill sets are more important than religious affiliation. Sometimes I wish the Protestants would catch onto that.
The Protestant method I find disturbing. While there are exceptions most of the time if you have to train a missionary to do something instead of hiring someone already with that skill set then you are much better off training a local to do it instead.
The Peace Corps, when they were here, would not replace a volunteer more than once. The assumption that they ran on was that if after 4 or 5 years of training by a Peace Corps Volunteer the locals hadn't gotten someone trained to take their place they were a waste of time, they didn't do rocket science. The Protestants might hire an American missionary to run a hydroelectricity plant for 20 years. It is far more efficient and respectable to hire a skilled engineer of any faith to train a local to run the hydro plant in perpetuity because he/she will be training their replacement.
