A question about the White House cocaine case

Since we still do not know who or what left the bag at the WH, I am wondering what specific crime was committed.

Assuming that the investigators will eventually identify the culprit, what will the defendant be charged with?

I was hoping that someone w/ more legal expertise than myself would weigh in.

That makes two of us. I don't see a crime unless possession is the crime. If they don't know who did it then they will never know.

 

Nothing will happen, and even they know who brought it in and perhaps has used it there, it will not be disclosed. Openness and honesty in government is dead under the Biden administration. Perhaps it’s dead throughout the entire government. No one in the public knows who leaked the decision in the Supreme Court abortion case, nor will we ever know the way the government is run now.

 

The culprit will never be identified, hence no punishment will be dealt.

I think that depends on how much cocaine was found. It was a small bag, so probably a misdemeanor possession charge. It also depends on DC laws, I think.

 

The minute the cocaine was found the videos were checked and President Biden was informed who did what. That's the way things work at the WH. Because Biden has put a lid on the info we can easily guess who the culprit is. Unless we get a whistleblower we will never have the info. Our media is failing us.

 

So there would be fingerprints unless the person was wearing gloves…. DNA probably…. Security footage outside the west wing… or the library… or the situation room… or the other locations now all claimed.

You have got to be kidding! The White House is where our president resides and policies are determined for our country and it's citizens.
