This should not require explanation, but my satirical post is intended to illustrate the absurdity of identity politics and racial and sex-based hiring practices. A person's skin color and genitals have nothing to do with their ability to do a job. Suggesting otherwise is disingenuous -- and sometimes even dangerous -- virtue signaling. And is, of course, racist.
