Well if desperation is starting another discussion on bathrooms then yes you have achieved a whole new level. But at least you are honest and are not denying your obsession and need to start discussions on who pees where.

So does this mean you're going to drop the case, and things will just be as they are? Or are you going to continue your pee law obsession battle in court

Well if you can actually specify which exact case you are referring to, perhaps.

The fact that Trump has repeatedly shafted his contractors, his investors, his wives and his employees doesn't disqualify him from being a winner. It may somewhat impune his morals but his lack of morals has never been in doubt.

There are number of cases of the left wing trying to change the law. Take your pick. What difference does it make which case I'm referring to? The ones in NC? The ones in NY? What's the difference? They all add up to one thing. The left wing obsession to go out of their way to change the laws.

So now a known crook is the best that the Republican Party can offer as the President of our Republic? No one else will do business with the man so we'll have him run the country?

A person known as a thief and scoundrel is not a winner. You can't prosper if no one will have anything to do with you but idiots, well, not in anything but Republican politics apparently

    OP...Trump don't care.

Yes, he is a compulsive liar and cheat. Even so, he still beat Hil!

Plus Hil had all the lesbian separatists, Mexicans, feminists, illegals, Muslims, homosexuals, dope heads and gun haters on her side...and she still could not beat Trump.

What kind of a POS do you have to be to lose to someone like Trump?

Bottom line, even though Trump is kinda a mess as a human, he is the best Prez we have ever had.

Trump haters should be thanking their god we got Trump. Even if Trump doesn't do a thing in office it is a zillion times better than Hil confiscating the guns (trying to anyway) and to start another civil war.

What law? AFAIK there isn't, or wasn't, any law against anyone using any public bathroom they wanted. It was the rightists wanting to pass a law making it illegal to use a bathroom different from the one your physical genitalia qualifies you for that started all the fuss. The right wing obsession to go out of their way to make new laws. Laws which intruded government into yet more of the most private areas of our lives there are. Small government my butt, intrusive, oppressive and obsessive government intruding into our privacy and personal morals, that's what the right is all about.

As of now, a man cannot go into the women's restroom to use it. The left wing is trying to change that.

I'm not familiar with legal references (INALB), how about a link?

Unisex baths are illegal then? (I've seen such, and of long note, rare but there) And how do they enforce this law?

I've not heard much on this recently, really, and how does Trump feel about it?

Are you talking about trying to change laws that the Conservatives enacted to proclaim their obsessions with who pees where?

Of course a man can go into a womans rest room. And he can be arrested for doing so. And wonen use the mens restrooms often when theirs are full.

So why are you going out of your way to change the law so the man CAN'T be arrested for going into the girls room? Lol that's the whole point.

Because it's unnecessary and intrusive. What kind of conservative are you anyway? We liberals are arguing for LESS law, and you're against that?

What kind of conservative am I? I must be a really crappy one, seeing as though I'm not a conservative. lol. Liberals: you're either liberal, or your conservative. I am now 100% confident in your lack of intelligence.

Now I ask again, why are you so obsessed with peeing that you (liberals, which you claim to be) are going to courts to change pee laws? Just let it go.

You're right, the majority of the conservatives on this board aren't really conservatives, they're authoritarians.

Take frex, this bathroom law. It's totally unenforceable and aimed at simply harassing a section of the populace who don't follow overly restrictive societal norms; to most people, including me, a waste of taxpayer's money, to authoritarians, a major and central function of government

Funny, I'm more liberal than conservative socially. I'm pro-SSM, pro-pot legalization, pro-choice. What exactly led you to believe I'm conservative? Fiscally?

A question is will you accept Trump's victories as he experiences them? Thus far it is too early to really access his presidency, but the border looks a little better, the military a little stronger...or headed in that direction, economy is on the mend, we are beginning to fire up some manufacturers/factories, the coal mines are opening up and we are about to turn in the Keystone Pipeline so things are getting a bit better. We'd all like things to move along quickly, but as we all know government moves slowly and if half of it is obstructionist it is dragged down even more. I'd like to know, Tecoyah that if Trump turns out to be a winner if you will admit it.

Oh, if Trump really screws up I'll be one of the first to point it out. I am not a blind follower of the guy. I want results too. I do not believe he deserves all of the political heat he is getting, that's all.

I will admit it and indeed hope for it. Thus far however I do not see it and in fact see so many mistakes and idiotic moves as to become disheartened if not embarrassed. By idiotic I do not refer to policy as much as communications. foreign affairs, cabinet choices/staff and citizen interactions.

And you see your analysis through what type of lens ?

For example, many of the folks in the military that I know are already seeing some outstanding changes with Mattis in charge.

At the Pentagon, things that were taking 3 or 4 months to get approved, because everything had to be run through a bureaucratic legal review system which never really changed the outcomes anyway, are now taking just a few days, if not less.

Adding foreign affairs to your comment kind of makes me wonder how you view what I consider to be the train wreck brought to us by John Kerry and Hillary Clinton at the State Department. Much of the current refugee problem that we are now seeing was caused by these two incompetents, with Obama's blessings.

Yeah, I’m sure they have already caught the perverts that took the revealing pictures of their fellow marines. Oh wait, you must be talking about something else in that “bureaucratic legal review system” that was changed.

Units are not that large. Especially in the Marine Corps. The only thing that remains large is the blind eye the military is turning to such matters.

With a pervert in charge of it…is any one surprised.

Hint: This is where you’re supposed to call the entire thing a non-story or “fake news”.

Trickle down economy, actually, helps the rich get richer; nothing much trickles down in it. The common man is revolting against the viciously unjust distribution of wealth. He wants to recapture his lost financial comfort and aspirations. Trump's talk about making America great again captured his fancy. Our expensive education favors the rich. The poorly educated downtrodden did not even understand the consequence of his vote. It is amazing, how many subscribers of Affordable Care did not know that it is the same as Obama Care.

For Trump, this is an opportunity to express his monstrous ego. Like a bad king he offended almost everyone around him within a month. The level of self-centeredness reflects one’s ego size. He is extremely self-centered. His presidency is digging its own grave.

The bottom line is that this is a shame for the U.S. The financial injustice has degraded our culture so much, that such ulterior-motive-candidates can get elected. We, as a nation, will lose much due to this folly; international prestige, deep faith in our democratic system, and some of our prosperity. The resulting discontentment will be substantial.

As the presidency keeps loosing face, it will resort to more drastic measures to regain the prestige. This can involve us in some undesirable international conflicts. Let us hope that the presidency has lost enough prestige before we come to it, eroding the support of enough of the power-greedy, unscrupulous yes-members, making it easy for the congress to thwart such reckless adventures.
