I found this interesting. http://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/activists-prepare-the-worst-lawsuit-block-immigration-actions Is it likely that this could go further up to the 5th Circuit? Is it likely to pass there? Will illegals still come forward to voluntarily sign up for DACA knowing that it could turn against them in the next election or administration and lead to their deportation?
