Oh yes, how many of those 31,000 supposed scientists are climatologists? 39 apparently, yup... 39. I know many people with a BoS, none of them have any more knowledge of climate science than the average person. That petition by the Oregon Institute is pretty dam dodgy anyway. Who knows how many of those credientials are true, how many of the people exist and are still alive, whether they still agree with it (it was started well over 10 years old), etc.

If one of these 39 climatologists who signed the petition can show that AGW is wrong, in a proper scientific peer reviewed paper, great, fantastic, hurry up and do it already. If I want an opinion on Climate science, I'll ask a climatologist, I won't ask a bloody doctor, a mechanical engineer, or anyone else that has exactly NO expertise in the field, at all. 30,961 of those names on the petition, presuming they're all real people, all alive, and all have the qualifications they claim to have, are completely meaningless other than as a poll of ordinary citizens opinions.

well since no one is contesting the content of the video in the OP then i'm assuming you alarmists must agree with it.

 

Bugs we have already had this discussion about CFC's and the ozone layer.

To refresh your memory if the ozone layer was compressed to ground level it would form a ball all the way around the earth that was three millimeters (3mm) thick so ofcourse CFC's are going to have an effect on the ozone layer there's not that much of the stuff to start with.

The other thing is all those nuclear bomb test that were happening all over the world including Australia put some rather big holes in the ozone layer.

You know when i was a kid i would play at the park all day long and sure i might have gone a little red from exposure but that would have been from being in the sun 6 to 8 hours.

Try that for one hour these days and you will be a tomatoe.

Anyway getting back to the point, with these great holes in our ozone layer dont you think the sun stirs up the ocean abit more now to release CO2 into the atmosphere?

Why haven't the IPCC said anything about this then!

And my last question why did the british come down under to test their bombs and blow a big hole in our ozone layer.

Why didn't they blow them up over there?
