What idiot would refuse income and business because of that? On the other hand... What idiot would eat a cake a baker was forced to make? Extra ingredients likely added.
Apples and oranges. But you can look into a program where one can buy those things in your state online. (No one has yet, you can be the first!) Set up licensed vendors that will accept smokes, booze, and lottery tickets just like there are licensed vendors that accept online firearm sales. Then, you can go online and have those items sent to those licensed vendors. Once they arrive at the vendors, you can go there and start the background process and (eventually) get your stuff. Easy-Peasy!
To be honest, I absolutely don't understand your complaint here! What's the problem please? Is Amazon an online retailer and is Amazon and its partners therefore free to offer and show what they want on their websites and thus not offer what they do not want ... for whatever reason? The only valid answer is: Yes, Amazon has the right to do so! And anyone who now claims that this measure by Amazon is restricting an American's rights with regard to the 2nd amendment to the constitution is just ignoring pure facts! If you want to buy something and the shop doesn't have it, then go buy it elsewhere ... damn it! There are hundreds of thousands of shops and countless online shops in the US where you can buy guns legally, then just go and buy there instead! And the same goes for Twitter, Facebook and the other social media companies. They offer a service and for this they as owner by law set up the rules and guidelines for its use and they have every right to do so. If a person does not like these rules, then he should not use the service - Basta! But if you want to use it, you have to stick to the rules or endure the consequences. These rules apply to all users, whether Ms. Smith from California, Mr. Miller from Georgia ... or Mr. Donald Trump! But to explain it more clearly ... If I post a post here in the forum and write that I wish Donald Trump to die tonight, then I violate the rules of the forum ... and have to live with the consequences such as deleting my post and possibly deleting my account. Is that why my right to "Freedom of Speech" is illegally censored by the forum administration? No! The same goes for Twitter and the other social media too! P.S. And your silly hint to Germany is lame ... very lame in any point of view. You will loose any discussion about by evidence!
Yes it is, and the Jacobin term "Citizen" is acceptable now, as well. PRO TIP: Hanging a portrait of Gracchus Babeuf in your home will help you blend in Francois-Noel Babeuf: The Marxist Before Marx https://fee.org/articles/francois-n...stroyers in our midst. Tuesday, June 11, 2019
Minus of course that homosexuality is a protected class while terrorists are not. But outside of that — very similar
Hmm... actually, I don't recall anyone saying this, but who knows what kind of inter webs you crawl... I remember you trying to suggest that government should be able to force business to adhere to its pet message. Are you just continuing that sentiment now? Forcing business to only run with the DNC content on these corporations services? That's what it looks like.
It's not like anyone expects Finnegan Biden's Grandma to defeat, much less address, the root cause of gun violence - the Democrats' failed social welfare schemes. From the wild Irish slums of the 19th century Eastern seaboard, to the riot-torn suburbs of Los Angeles, there is one unmistakable lesson in American history; a community that allows a large number of men to grow up in broken families, dominated by women, never acquiring any stable relationship to male authority, never acquiring any set of rational expectations about the future -- that community asks for and gets chaos. Crime, violence, unrest, disorder -- most particularly the furious, unrestrained lashing out at the whole social structure -- that is not only to be expected; it is very near to inevitable... -- Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan (D-NY), 1965 No, Cruciferous Vegetable Joe is going to focus his and the country's attention on the symptoms of the disease instead of the disease itself. Party before country, as always...

Asinine comment on your part. If I was King of the Internet, we would only have messages from the Buddha scrolling ...
Ah but the very fact that the rulings favored the bakers shows that protections are not absolute and that in the end the larger impact was considered. Plus it cannot possibly be argued that Twitter/Facebook/YouTube/Instagram/Reddit are free of content strongly urging people to mobilize and fight, in the most sensationalist of rhetorics, which is exactly what Pres Trump did. Go hashtag hopping and you'll see it for yourself. People are being radicalized all over social media but to think its just a right-wing thing is pure ignorance. In fact the only partisan distinctions found in this phenomenon is that media and big tech acts on the right-wing problem extremist and then ignores the left-wing extremist problem.
They don't care. "Progressive" Alinskyites don't need evidence. All they need is the accusation. Think Trump-Russia Collusion Hoax and Kavanaugh Rape Hoax. Once the charge is made, you're guilty until proven innocent.
You seem to not understand the difference in Buddism between happiness and accomplishment... But hey, you tried.
