https://www.dallasnews.com/news/cou...-convicted-of-murder-for-killing-botham-jean/ So blacks like the woman in this photo prove their racism again when they praised the guilty verdict of Amber Guyger, who is in my opinion, an American hero. "A Dallas County jury convicted fired officer Amber Guyger of murder for fatally shooting Botham Jean in his apartment last year. Jurors will now resume deliberating to decide Guyger’s punishment. In Texas, murder carries a punishment of five to 99 years or life in prison. The charge is not eligible for probation." This is a travesty and the main one to blame for all of this are Botham Jean and that racist black Judge. This woman was an officer who had worked 13 long hours and she was tired -- due to which she accidentally walked into the wrong apartment -- and instead of complying with Amber's orders (as any lawful citizen would have) -- this black buck Botham decides he is going to try to rush towards Amber in order to rape her most likely. She definitely had a right to defend herself, what ever happened to stand your ground? what about the castle doctrine? Your home is your castle and you deserve to defend it with lethal force and she honestly believed it was her home. I would like to know how many blacks were in the jury and if they bullied the other jurors into voting guilty -- I would like to know about the background of this racist judge, does she have any ties to Obama or Antifa?? Either way, this verdict will be overturned on appeal.
This was the right call. What she did was criminal. I've worked 24hrs shifts and that gets to you. But, you still have some cognitive function to understand and realize that hey, this isn't my place. Now with with that said, I believe she is remorseful for what happened. I don't believe she will get life, but may 20 years and out in 7 or so. And that a good thing.
She had NO probable cause to be in his apartment or to call him out. She's guilty.. Maybe she'll get a light sentence.
I don't know about the rape part that doesn't make sense. I also don't think she intently walked in the wrong apartment to kill someone. She did kill someone that just happened to be in his home so she deserves some kind of punishment, murder may be a little much unless there's a back story with issues between the two.
Why do I?? Maybe she should have taught her thug son to have respect for the law..... This is the problem with blax -- they don't respect our brave officers and therefore, they get killed....big deal.. If Amber had accidentally walked in a white man's apartment, no one would have been hurt because that white man would have complied
Your OP title violates the thread creation rules for current events. Also note, from your OP story, A JURY convicted her. The judge did NOT.
He was in his own apartment, minding his own business when she surprised him.. Your racism is apparent here. Do you think a white man would NOT have been shocked by a late night intruder?
Probable cause? She wasn't investigating Jean for anything. What are you talking about? She allowed the jury to consider castle doctrine as a defense for Guyger's actions. That's ridiculous. You can't claim you were protecting your house when you weren't in your house.
Yes an no... Its not just parody its to make Conservatives to look bad so he can back and point out with other accounts how "racist" people are.. This was supposedly stopped years ago but umm yah.
It would only make conservatives look bad if nobody on the right came in and said his comments were outrageous and wrong.... Ok I see your point
I have many times ~ Most just ignore this ****.. The ones that pay attention to it use it as "proof" that xy and z are racist..
That's what's baffling about this forum, you can score of racist thread or make racist remarks. But you can't call the racist out on
An apartment that was full of drugs...most likely was about to conduct a drug deal and Amber put a stop to it...like heroes do....but most of you libs hate the police so this is no surprise
Yeah. The jury has a lot of discretion in the Penalty Phase. I would like to see here SERVE (at least) 10 Years. Sentenced to 20/Serve (at least) 10. Any sentence that allows her to serve less that 10 Years seems like she would be getting off easy.
