You spread it by talking about it. They become aware of their short comings and take action to be different. I find this interesting because it has been something that most reasonable critically thinking people have known this for awhile, and you are only now starting to actually realize it.

So far so good. We have reached a point where even liberals are acknowledging a problem with the black community. Hell, even leading members of the black community are trying to educate and change them.

Liberals created a mess by teaching them they are victims, but the adults are here to fix it, dont worry.
