In point of FACT the Euro is down just TWO cents from the average of us$1.09 over the last several YEARS to us$1.07, which is hardly 5%. By the way, it dropped from us$1.34 in Obama's tenure, but of course you didn't know that either, did you? Oh horrors, you mean our black President strengthened the US dollar against the Euro? Now THAT'S a great deal MORE than your fictitious 5%, wouldn't you say?
