I believe this prediction is right on track with what we'll be seeing in November. People are mad. The cost of living has sky-rocketed under Barack Obama and that's what gets folks attention. He's definitely gonna be an anchor around the Democrat's neck in the upcoming election.

Everybody I know would wear that button. Think I'll order a case. ;)

Sign of the times when a liberal columnist like Maureen Dowd writes such a scathing opinion piece on Barack Obama. Go to link to read the entire article.

Does this mean that the silly bastard won't win a third term in office?

You can't see there are worse things for the Democrats than just losing their messiah to a third term? Who really is the stupid party?

    You really haven't studied-up on me, flyboy56.

I can't stand either of the two political parties who are steadily mismanaging and spending this nation into a deep and crippling debt.

I fervently wish that the politicians in Washington DC would ALL die and go to hell.
    Every single one of them.

(Oh wow. Did that come across as angry?)

    GOOD.

Why should this surprise anyone. Obama pinned his legacy on the ACA and convinced the party to back him up on his play. Which they did wholeheartedly even to the point of parroting his promise of being able to keep their plan and doctor, without even reading the law themselves. Then comes the bumbling of the website in which Obama claims he nothing about how badly it was going even up to just days prior to it's opening. How is that possible except maybe the guy is pretty incompetent after all. And now, after the partial closing of the government because Obama would not extend the deadline for the signups, he is now doing just that. That is Obama's 3 strikes and now he is out along with his party.

I find merit in most of what you say, sir.
(And I am a flyboy myself, bear in mind.)

But I believe that Mr Obama pinned his legacy on the ignorance, gullibility, and celebrity-worshiping nature of a narrow voting majority of Americans.
(Not necessarily on the success or failure of Obamacare.)

As long as he goes away, I don't particularly care how he gets there.
As long as he and his sponge-like wife go the hell away.

You really don't think that people have forgotten the hand Bush and the Republicans had in setting the country back 25 years, do you? I'd say, think again.

It certainly appears as though YOU have never let go of that particular touchstone.

I am no fan of GW Bush, truth be told.
    But clarify for me now;

How is GW Bush germane to the topic at hand?

Can we now officially add Barack Obama's spectacular failures to the list of everything that is GW Bush's fault?
(And I'll throw you a bone, and concede that 911 and the collapse of the twin towers, global warming, the Iraq War, the war in Afghanistan, measles, small pox, erectile dysfunction, and poor cell phone coverage are all GW Bush's fault…)

    What was your point again??

It doesn't matter whether you or I think that GW Bush is germane to the topic at hand (which seems to be "people are mad"), it's the millions upon millions of Americans who remember full well the state of the country in 2008.

You can if you want. What I am seeing is the 50% reduction in Bush's deficits, the 4% drop in Bush's unemployment rate, the $3,000,000,000,000 we have NOT lost 'democratizing' and shock 'n awing Bush's personal demons, and the 4,000,000 people who now have health coverage who didn't have it before (with two years left to go before votin' time). I'm even seeing improvement in my Bush-induced erectile dysfunction. All in all, I am seeing is a string of spectacular Obama successes.

Turtle McConnell had declared that the GOP's priority was denying the popularly elected President a second term. Apparently, the American people had other ideas.

So, their hero was only off by one (1), despite their widely-touted Romney Landslide! in 2012!

    Big deal!

ROTFLMAO! You gonna wear all of them? Somehow this all sounds familiar, you do know there is now a backlash even among Repubs when it comes to the Tea Party bunch, or maybe you don't, keep on dreaming.

    Awesome.
    I love you, Phoebe Bump.
I am glad you are happy with your President.

There really isn't enough happiness in this nation, and I am to witness (and to play a small part) in your particular joy.

    Say, it's almost supper time.
Will they bring the medications now, or just slightly before bedtime and lights-out?

    Remember that word.

P.S. It's been proven the Tea Party was right about their predictions. They're not the ones who lied to the American people... that would be Obama & his merry band of Democrats.

That's the type of attitude that I would expect from a progressive self entitled leftist.

Anyone committing fraud of that magnitude in the corporate world would be looking at serious jail time. But Democrats bark like trained seals. They're actually proud of it.

Anyone with any character or integrity would resign their ill-gotten, fraudulently-acquired position. We know -- that ain't Obama!

It's about time the mis-monikered "Tea Party" changed it's name to something more reflective of their bitter, intolerant, and self-entitled agenda.

That's because you are stuck looking at reality, you have to let go of the actual facts, and remember a time when our military was triumphant, the budget was balanced, the economy was growing at a record pace, and then Obama took over, and everything sucked.....

And you have to remember that or Tinkerbelle will DIE.....

I suspect that I have been paying for your meds for many a year now, friend.

    Don't worry.
I have very nearly gotten used to the idea.

After all, I have an ex-wife who soaks up half my military retirement check.
Why should you not get your fair share of my hard work too?

Good luck with the Angry Mob bit. The anger and detachment of Republicans is why moderates are voting Democrat.

You mean like in FL where the Dem outspent the Rep by 4X and still lost?

Dems may be able to buy the WH, but Congress is a different story.

I voted in nearly every one of the last 9 presidential elections, thank you very much for keeping score.
And on no occasion did I ever vote for a political Party.

I voted for Jimmy Carter, a man whom I very much admire.
At the time, he was a Democrat.

Then I voted for Ronald Reagan.
He is no longer alive, but at the time, he was a Republican.

Then I voted for George Herbert Walker Bush.
He was a Republican at the time, and last I heard, he was still alive.

After that, I voted for Bill Clinton.
He was a Democrat at the time, or so I am told.

Next election, I voted for H. Ross Perot.
    He was an Independent.

The next go-round, I voted for GW Bush.
    He was a Republican.

On the next election, I was away with military duties, and was unable to cast a vote.

Then I (sadly, and in my ignorance) voted for Barack Obama.
This was in the primary election.
I figured that he would never be as bad as Hillary Clinton, and so I hoped to keep her out of office, and I voted against her by casting a vote for this no-talent, dishonest politician from Illinois/Hawaii/Kenya/who knows?.
    It was a coin-toss, admittedly.
I was unable to vote in the General Election, again due to flight test duties off the Gulf Coast of Florida at the time.

In 2012, I voted AGAINST Barack Obama.
I did not necessarily vote FOR Mitt Romney, but I definitely voted AGAINST Barack Obama, because of his staggering record of dishonesty, crookedness, corruption, and self-self-agrandizing hedonism.
Last I heard, Mr Obama claims to be a Democrat, but in reality he is a self-absorbed fool and a sort of a self-styled socialist.
Mr Romney was merely the loser and sacrificial lamb of the season.

Do you have any more questions for me, or is this sufficient to satisfy your curiosity?

Did you like Clinton, the one you voted for? if so, why do you think her and her husband would now be any worse?
